The apartment (about (60m² or 638 square feet) is situated on the Pacific Coast a few steps from the fine sand beach a few steps via private access to the fine sand beach "Playa El Palmar", where you have your own canopy with deck-chairs. It has one bedroom with two single beds put together as kingsize. There is a comfortable bathroom with towels and washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining and living area. (Sat TV, telephone, Internet connection). The large roofed balcony is proper for grilling, playing cards or just relaxing. Two bikes and a full golf equipment belong to the apartment. Daily maid service is available upon request.

The condominium complex is surrounded by beautiful gardens, inc. a large round swimming pool (15 m dia.). It offers 24 hours security with parking facilities (for 1 car). Shopping facilities are located in the centre within easy walking distance or in Zihuatanejo (6 km) available by taxi or by local busses. The International Airport of Zihuatanejo is 30 minutes taxi drive. You can find in Ixtapa the best restaurants, bars, discos, bazaar, golf place, bike way.
