This waterfront condo is located on the Bay. There is a pool, hot tub, and fitness center available for guests. From the deck, you may watch the sun set while enjoying an ice cold beer or a nice glass of wine. For those cool nights, there is a wood stove that takes the chill off in the spring and fall.
The condo is within walking distance to Old Town Newport where you can watch the sea lions that lay on the docks year round. There are many fun restaurants nearby along with a many little shops, artwork, a Wax Museum and the Newport Beach Aquarium.
If you enjoy deep sea and bay fishing, there are charter boats that leave right off the deck as well as others that are within walking distance from the unit. For those of you that enjoy shell fish, there is clamming nearby and the property has a crabbing deck complete with a crab cooker on the property.
