This large two story townhome is located in a quiet residential complex on a dead end street. Walkways, beautiful lawns and landscaping surround the property.
There are two fireplaces. A manufactured-log fireplace in the living room and a gas fireplace is in the master bedroom. In each of the two full baths there is a bathtub including a soaking tub in the master bath.
Beach cruiser bikes and boogie boards are included with the townhome. It is an easy 10 minute walk to the beach or downtown and pier. There is an 8 mile flat walking/biking path along the sand. No-license-required fishing can be done from the 1/4 mile long pier. A 1950s style diner is at the end of the pier and is a favorite of locals and visitors alike. Downtown includes luxury shopping, dining, a movie theater, and activities for all ages.
