Green Hill Pond is ideal for fishing, shell fishing, bird watching, water-skiing or jet-skiing, tubing or kayaking. Located on a private road with an association that owns a private ocean beach, located across the pond, accessible by boat. A town beach parking pass comes with the house which has a picnic area, playground, and boardwalk - in addition, to the ocean and sandy beach. A convenient "kiddy" sandy beach on Green Hill Pond is located nearby.

The house is situated 25 minutes from Newport,RI, Mystic, CT, Foxwoods Casino, Block Island ferry, dozens of golf courses, and antique stores galore. It is convenient to the Amtrak Railroad. This is a place to come and enjoy! No Smoking in the house. No Pets.
