An open concept Key Allegro condo (with newly remodeled bathrooms) situated near the Little Bay end of Nassau providing exceptional water and marina views. Two bedrooms and an open loft above the living room containing a twin bed allows for very comfortable sleeping accomodations. This is the last unit of the block giving it extra windows for added sunlight and beautiful water views.
There is a long balcony frequently used to have a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The balcony is accessible from the master bedroom or the living room.
A large flat screen HD TV in the living room for viewing either movies or TV programing and the master bedroom also has an HD TV. Wireless internet is available and has good signal strength throughout the condo.
Rockport is one of the best kept secrets on the Texas coast allowing vacationers the opportunity to eat good Mexican and seafood, golf, fish and always just kick back at the beach. With Corpus Christi only being a 45 minute drive the airport is close along with lots of other activities.
This condo gives you the chance to experience Rockport and find why more and more people keep returning to have great summer vacations or escape the cold winter months from up north. If just getting away is all you need then stock up on the wine and watch the sun set from the balcony porch swing.

We just wanted a quick get away and found the condo on Wednesday night for a Friday arrival. It was exactly what we wanted. Very relaxing and peaceful being so close to the water. The marina is right in front of you when you're sitting on the balcony so the sunset and the boats make a great view. The condo is super clean and it's comfortable and inviting. We loved it. Thanks, Kimbroughs, for making our stay a good one!

Thank you for sharing your condo with us during this past July 4th holiday. Our family loved your place. The views from the deck out on the bay at sunset are remarkable. The inside is bright and decorated in a lively style that really makes you feel truly "coastal". It's a great place!

We especially liked the cleanliness and freshness of the condo. Wonderful water views of Little Bay! Rockport is such a great vacation spot with many excellent restaurants and abundant fishing areas. The condo has well appointed comfortable furnishings, ample supplies of cooking utensils and linens. We will return to this condo when we can schedule another vacation.
