Royal Palm is brand new and located in the building right next to the clubhouse. It boasts the best location and view in Vista Cay, and will surely meet your every need for comfort and relaxation. It is a spectacular 2001 square foot penthouse unit overlooking the pool and beautiful Lake Cay. After a long and exciting day either at the various parks or the convention center, you can come back and relax on our beautifully decorated and comfortable lanai and enjoy the magnificent view over Lake Cay and the Florida wildlife that calls the lake home. If you are visiting during the summer months, you can watch the fireworks at Sea World every evening.
Royal Palm has been professionally decorated with a luxurious and elegant, yet comfortable, tropical flair. The living room boasts a large screen 62 inch DLP HD TV with PS2 and DVD player along with a two large couches with a queen pull-out sleeper sofa. The master bedroom is tastefully decorated with a king bed and upgraded mattress and a 42 inch LCD TV. The second bedroom has the same deluxe accommodations as the master with a 32 inch flat screen LCD TV. The third bedroom has been furnished with two full beds (no small twins) if you happen to be the last person arriving in your party of three. This room also has a 32 inch flat screen LCD TV. Dining for eight is provided in the kitchen. Royal Palm also provides a comfortable and spacious office area with a desk and an additional queen pull-out sleeper providing a sixth separate bed to relax on and conclude the day's business. WiFi is provided throughout the home. The kitchen is comfortably equipped with full-size appliances. For your added convenience a washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron are also included. No need to bring along the hair dryer. We have supplied them too for your convenience.
Royal Palm is located minutes away from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and Wet N’ Wild, and is walking distance to the Orlando Orange County Convention Center.
