Superbly located above the famous bay of Villefranche, the studio is within walking distance to the beach and Villefranche itself with its many shops and restaurants. The property boasts a large south-facing terrace, sloping towards the unique view over the bay towards Cap Ferrat and the sea. One can admire the comings and goings of the many yachts and at night the twinkling lights of the ships and the distant Cap Ferrat create that special world renowned 'French Riviera' ambiance.
The modern kitchen is fully-equipped. In addition to a dining table inside, there is a seating area for four and outside two more dining tables for four persons. The flat is and very sunny and warm in the winter. The flat is on the ground floor of this elegant apartment building and has its own attributed parking space close to the entrance of the building. The pool has the same stunning seaviews. Included in the price is a Menu dinner for two (excluding alcohol) at one of Beaulieu sur mer's finest restaurants, Les Agaves.
The lovely flat is fully-equipped. Plenty of attractive glassware and china. New oven, fridge, washing machine, oven/microwave, coffee machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a large wide screen TV and DVD player. Television has English satellite reception. Furthermore, for your arrival, the kitchen will be stocked with everything for your breakfast: tea, coffee, milk, butter, bread, jams, and juice.
Villefranche sur mer is ideally located between the international hubs of Nice and Monaco. Dating back to the 14th Century, Villefranche is a picturesque gem with many historic buildings, cobblestone streets and archways, an array of delicious restaurants and interesting boutiques. Much quieter and more charming than its busy neighbours, it offers a large beach with all the various water-sports. One can easily explore the region through a great network of public transport - buses and trains connect to Beaulieu, Monaco and further to Italy on one side and on the other towards Nice, Antibes, Cannes or the mountains.
