Sanibel Harbour Condo - Located at the Sanibel Harbour Resort and Spa, only feet to waters edge! (My rates are the lowest for this resort)
Beautiful, and newly decorated. Non-Smoking condo features two bedrooms and two full baths. Right on the sandy beach of San Carlos Bay. The resort has everything, or nothing but sheer relaxation! The resort has nine pools, tennis courts, fishing, boating trips, jet-ski rentals, a full spa.
The condo is situated on the first floor so you are right on the beach. Restaurants, shopping, and shelling are available - You will never run out of things to do. This spot is Heaven!

We stayed in this beautiful condo in early June. We were shocked when we walked in and saw how spacious the condo is. We especially enjoyed the screened-in lanai. We spent one day on the beach at Sanibel Island and a couple of days on Fort Myers beach. The guys took a boat on Key West Express from Fort Myers to Key West and spent the night. We woke up one morning to 3 Manatees hanging out in the bay near our beach. My husband actually got in the water and petted one. We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The condo was clean and we had everything we needed.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

I can't say enough good things about our vacation. This family-friendly condo is in the perfect location on the first floor looking out at the bay. Very nice but comfortable too! The staff at the hotel are warm and friendly and we had the perfect family vacation-at the right price-Thank you so shring your perfect spot!

I rented here last week and had a great time. The unit was lovely, updated and very well appointed. The views were heavenly, right on the bay. I didn't want to leave and come back to reality.

We had a great visit to this property last week. The unit was well appointed(nice furnishings, and updated kitchen and baths), and had a gorgeous view, right on the bay!!! It was truly a wonderfully relaxing holiday and we had only the most pleasant dealings with the owners. We would HIGHLY recommend this property.

Well, I'd like to say we actually got to stay at this place, but we never got the chance. After corresponding via email several times about rates we were excited to change our current plans(including paying a cancellation fee) to stay in Sannibel. However, these folks completely stopped responding to emails, phone calls and text messages and I have not been able to find out why. So, be careful when dealing here. Had we needed to make plane reservations to get there we would have really been out of luck.
Owner response:Sorry it was not made clear to you. The unit was already rented when we emailed, I wasn't aware. A tentative rentor had already sent his money and agreement, however with the holiday it was slow in getting to us. I apologize for the inconvienience. In the future I will try to communicate better.
