This is a true 2 bedroom with accommodations for 8 people in beds. There is a king in the master on the third level with a beautiful view of the beach and sunsets, the second bedroom on the second level has two sets of bunks and the first floor living room/dining room/kitchen has a full size sofa sleeper.
Each level has it's own bathroom. It's perfect for 2 families but works well with other scenarios also. Panama City Beach is one of the best kept secrets in the US. The beaches and water are clean and crystal clear. Snorkeling with dolphins and rays are a common occurrence on this beach as are many other water activities.
Watch baby turtle hatchlings sprint for the shore or take a short walk on the sand to Schooners beachside bar and grill for cocktails and nightly music. Just across the street is one of the best, most affordable massages you can find anywhere. Whatever your pleasure, Largo Mar is close to it!!

Why the Owner Chose Largo Mar
There is so much to do and unsurpassed beauty here and it became affordable. They aren't building these types of properties on the beach anymore. These townhomes are spacious and private and it's great not having anyone on top of you. Families love this particular community -I still bump into people who have been coming here for 20 years. PCB feels like a throw back to a successful, affluent beach community.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome/Condo
Parking in front of your unit. You don't realize how nice this is until it's time to load/unload luggage, groceries, beach gear, etc. No waiting for the elevator with all your beach gear in hand. The unit owners all have pride of ownership and it shows in the community. Directly across the street is a FABULOUS massage place (ask for Jill - the owner). It's close to everything but far enough away from the crowds. So many other things you'll just have to try it for yourself!

We believe that Panama City Beach is one of the best kept secrets in the United States. Comparable to the Caribbean, Bahamas, Hawaii and Mexico, we were delighted to find beautiful turquoise water teeming with marine life and sugar-white sand beaches in our own backyard. Every trip here is rejuvenating and spiritual to our lives and we hope others have the opportunity to experience the same. A new airport may open this haven up to the rest of the world in 2010 and we hope to meet many fine people from all over.
