“What’s Ya Hurry?” is a three bedroom, two bath home which can sleep twelve. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen size bed. In addition the great room has a queen size fold-out sofa and two full size futons in the sleeping niches. These niches are window seats on either side of the fireplace that gain privacy from curtains that close them off from the room. The house has a screened porch overlooking a fenced backyard that is filled with beach sand, a perfect place for parents and kids to hang out. There is a gas grill and an outdoor shower just off of the screened porch. The house has everything you need except your clothes!
Carillon has three swimming pools (two of which are heated in the winter). The house is directly across from one of these pools and the tennis courts, a park and playground.
Carillon has a great downtown area with restaurants, an ice cream store and shops that face beautiful Lake Carillon. There is a downtown meeting space and green where there are concerts and festivals throughout the year. Carillon is a gated community situated between the highway and the ocean. There are no major roads to cross. It is ideal for biking, walking and running. Carillon is also on the edge of Lake Powell, a huge recreational lake where you can fish, ski, Jet Ski, canoe, etc.
The Carillon Community is convenient to golf, shopping and many other activities.
