This Driftwood Condo is one of the larger condo units in the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort (recently purchased from Fairfield). At approximately 1100 square feet it has two bedrooms and a pull-out sofa in the living room. There is a wonderful balcony that goes across the entire length of the condo for enjoying the most relaxing views of the newly renovated golf course.
This condo has been recently renovated and updated for your vacation enjoyment. There is a TV with DVD/VCR in the living room and a TV in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom has a CD Player/alarm clock and there is a stereo system in the living room. A full kitchen with all the necessary utensils is perfect for vacationing with family and/or friends!
The Wyndham Resort offers a recreation center that is close by where you may purchase passes to enjoy all the amenities the resort has to offer such as: 3 swimming pools, miniature golf course, bike rentals, video rentals, exercise equipment, restaurant on the property, playground, 4 tennis courts, outdoor hot tub, game room, "Get Out & Play" activities, and a private beach cabana where you may rent umbrellas and lounge chairs. The cabana also offers vending machines, picnic tables, and volleyball.
GOLF LOVER'S - enjoy the newly renovated golf course with some of the lowest rates in the Charleston area! There is a pro shop and a new restaurant for you to enjoy as well.
Edisto Island offers many great little shops, a Serpentarium the kids will love, several great restaurants, and even some historical places the history buff will enjoy.

we stayed at this condo this past week, 4/11/11 - 4/15/11. this condo needs some help. a little elbow grease would not hurt it at all. It was not as clean as it should have been for the price we paid. The Tv in the twin bed room did not work. The remotes to the Tv and DVR did not have batteries and the outlet in the kitchen by the telephone did not work. The balcony was very dirty and the outdoor furniture was also dirty. Make sure you take a bag of ice with you because there is no ice maker. They have 3 ice trays in the freezer. I stayed at this condo with the person on the rental contract and my email address is below. KarenOwner response: As the owner, reviews help us know if things are being taken care by those we pay to do so. I have already gotten a hold of the management company to ensure these issues are taken care of immediately. Thank you.

My husband and I love the beach! Edisto Beach has always appealed to us for it's laid back, relaxing atmosphere. You can feel yourself unwind as your drive gets you closer to Edisto. A perfect place for families and vacationing with friends.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love being able to just walk right to the pool and the recreation area. The cute little shops around Edisto make for a fun afternoon and we always make it a point to eat at the Sea Cow Restaurant. The beach itself is wonderful and a great place to still be able to find shells unlike some of the busier more "touristy" beaches.
