The rest of Anna Maria is littered with plenty more restaurants, bars, and shops that are enough to overwhelm you with a island flavor.
This third floor large 2 bedroom 2 bath home is perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing, tropical retreat with a constant ocean breeze. The extremely spacious L shape veranda offers a magnificent view of the Anna Maria Sound with a breath taking sunrise. Also Tampa Bay, Sarasota Bay, and the Sunshine Sky-Way Bridge are all within sight. Both bedrooms also have balconies with views of the Gulf of Mexico for tranquil sunsets. The surrounding streets are always calm. The minimum traffic keeps it cozy. With a spacious 1360 square feet, you have plenty of room to relax and unwind. The central AC lets you keep it cool (or warm). HDTV with 200 plus channels, DVD, and X-box keeps you entertained at all times. There is also plenty of parking on property (Boats, Big Cars, etc.).
The great location puts you only 1 block to one of the most beautiful, quiet beaches in this area. It is only one home from the intra-coastal waterway. Public Parking is one mile away and this area of the beach is not crowded because of that. However you do have access to the beach from the home a straight walk west, a 1 minutes walk from the front door to touch the warm Gulf of Mexico water.
The Island Trolley is FREE and only 4 blocks away. The Island Trolley runs all the way from the north tip of the island to the southern tip of the island with many stops in between. Basketball courts 2 blocks away. Saint Armands circle in Sarasota is only a 20 minute drive south for great shopping and restaurants. There are two BOAT RAMPS and the City Pier(restaurant and fishing) within a 5 minute drive from the home and there is plenty of room for boat parking on property. Nearby you can also rent boats, jet skis, bikes, Para-Sailing, Vespa-Cycle rentals and much more. Some of the best fishing and sightseeing in the world is right here!!!
