Beautiful vacation home w/all you need and plenty of decking to enjoy a beautiful mountain/lake view. The home is located just minutes from the Sunset Marina with water access to some of the best small mouth bass fishing (ranked 5th in the country by the FLW bass fishing tour). The marina also provides rentals of recreational water crafts and boats slips. Or if you prefer you can take a walk to the waters edge along the neighborhood trail, take a dip or wet a line the water is clean and clear.
The home has 3 levels, each with its own bed and bath privacy is assured. The upper level has additional sm/sitting area w/queen size sofa bed and access to small deck. The middle is the main area w/fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and large screened in porch area great for that morning cup of coffee. The bottom level is where you will find the 3rd bed/bath, additional living area, game room w/foosball and full size futon for additional sleeping. The sliding doors will lead you to the outdoor jacuzzi.
There is another large deck located behind the garage (sorry garage not available), this is where you will find the gas grill and outdoor furnishings great for entertaining.
As for those indoor days, with 2 TV's, 2 DVD players, a vast assortment of DVD's, video games, board games and novels there is plenty of entertainment for all ages.
