The backyard includes plenty of comfortable outdoor seating both in and out of the sun.
Our home is located just 22 minutes south of Phoenix and Sky Harbor Airport, in a gated/golf community on a private cul-de-sac. The subdivision has a beautiful clubhouse with fine dining, planned activities,tennis courts, billiards & more! There is also an Olympic size heated pool, hot tub, outdoor poolside restaurant & sports bar! A golf cart is included in your rental to make your way to the golf course, club house, cruise the sub, or head to the corner Walgreens!
You can travel to Sedona to see the beautiful red rocks in just 2 hours! Be in the Grand Canyon in 4 hours or go south to Tucson for a 2 hour drive for the "Cowboy Lovers"! Shopping and dining all within a 10 minute drive.

This was our second winter stay at the property which tells one we would recommend this home to friends and relatives. Family visited on a number of occasions and thoroughly enjoyed their stay in this spacious home. It is located in a lovely gated community which provides many ammenities to temporary residents, i.e. golf, tennis, gym, etc. We enjoyed the home's spa on a number of occasions and we enjoyed getting around in the community on the golf cart that was provided. The home is fully equipped - all one needs to bring is their clothes! The owners were always available to answer any questions. Restaurants we would recommend are The Elephant Bar, Chompies Deli, and Garcias.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+.

You can't go wrong here! A pool, hot tub, plus golf cart and golf. You won't be disappointed!

such a dream holiday to be so comfortable and relaxed in A perfect setting. Any time I mentioned' I wish I had... To make ...'... It would be there... The property has every amenity you could wish for to make a perfect vacation. From golf cart to pool, from margarita glasses to scrabble ...from BBQ to fire bowl fire place outdoors. (and fire place in doors for winter guests)..clean and tidy linens and towels... .the list is too long for this blog.... All we can say is that we hope to be fortunate enough to return again one day and we hope this note doesn't make the property so popular that we have difficulty finding rental time in it in the future. Our vacation in this home was 'exceptional' to say the least. Beautiful home, very clean, very well maintained and the homeowners were available instantly, if we had any questions or concerns. This was one of the nicest vacation homes we have visited. Location and amenities made this home even more attractive. Close to golf courses, restaurants, shopping. Everything was perfect. I would recommend this home to anyone who wishes to visit Sun Lakes (Phoenix area). Excellent value!

Our family of 6 had a fabulous vacation in AZ with warm sunny weather the whole week. It was so nice to relaxing in the salt-water pool & enjoying coming 'home' after a day of sight-seeing & visiting relatives. Our grandchildren loved the Goldfield Ghost Town a few miles from Apache Junction & Rustler's Rooste a great country-western dining experience with views of the city lights. We all loved eating at the Good Egg a few miles away. The owners made us feel at home with all the amenities & we would like to rent it again someday.

Lori and Craig! Thanks for sharing your nice home with us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The weather (August/September) was as expected: HOT. Therefore we used the pool mainly for refreshing, although a few times we powered up the spa in the evening and sipped a drink while watching the stars. The neighborhood was very quiet (just what we were looking for,) with easy access to freeways and shopping. Usually we travel without company, but nevertheless enjoy the comfort and space of a whole house to ourselves. The size was just right for us; with nice bathrooms and comfortable beds for a good night's sleep after a long day of serious R&R. Taking our "luck" into account we encountered an issue with the A/C, but it was promptly solved and did not disturb us at all. Thanks for providing loyalty cards for the regular supermarkets (made it easy for us foreigners to participate on the disounts for groceries. Hey everey penny counts!). Being avid cooks we used the well equipped kitchen and bbq grill a lot. Electric golf cart was provided (no additional cost), since our car insurance does not include coverage in the US we did not use it (did not want to push our luck). Another big "Thank you" for patiently answering my many questions prior to our stay. We would love to come back in the future. Bea
