A short, leisurely stroll, along shaded manicured gardens, leads you through the elegant surroundings of a first-class resort and the beach in under ten minutes. To avoid any departure cleaning fees, please vacuum, and remove refrigerated items along with your trash. Strip off your bedding and we'll do your sheets and remake your beds! (Note: Excessive cleaning charges or damages are deducted from the security/rate lock deposit.) When ready to go, (and we bet you won't be), please leave your keys on the counter then begin making plans to stay with us in Myrtle Beach next season!
Rates below are subject to change until your damage/rate lock deposit is received. A $200 security deposit and 50% of the rate is required to hold the reservation and lock in the rate. The remaining 50% is payable 15 business days prior to arrival. Long term rates may require higher security deposits. Checks are acceptable and all major credit cards are welcome.
This townhome is rented Saturday to Saturday, June through August. Please note Check-In Time is after 3:00 PM. Check-Out Time is 11:00 AM. My husband and I planned a trip to Myrtle Beach for our first time. We decided to check on-line for places to stay. We searched many, but I fell in love with this particular condo from the beginning. It all sounded too good to be true; but it was exactly as the desciption stated. The condo was completely furnished and had EVERYTHING you need! The decor was very fitting for the ocean location. It is just like the pictures. I felt very comfortable and right at home. The condo unit even had a washer/dryer!! The landscaping at Kingston Plantation is beautiful. With just a short walk to the ocean, you couldn't possibly find a better place. The owner and his wife provided excellent customer service. They were very professional. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in Myrtle Beach. I hope to be able to book this property again next year myself. There were many nearby attractions, and activities we enjoyed. We visited the Carolina Opry, Dixie Stampede, Alabama Theater, BrookGreen Gardens, Boardwalk at the Beach, Market Common, and of course just walking the boardwalk. There is always something to do! There is always something to eat as well. You have your pick of the finer restaurants, as well as fast food, all within a few miles. We ate breakfast (a few times) at a lovely ocean front place called the Sea Captain's House. Excellent eggs benedict! The day we were downtown Myrtle walking the boardwalk, we stopped in to Marvin's for lunch. Both places were recommended by locals, and now I know why. Great eats! Good prices as well. The other places we ate are your well known Olive Garden, Margaritaville, Hooter's, TGI Friday's, Applebee's, Outback Steakhouse, Hard Rock Cafe, and Planet Hollywood. As I stated above, I truly fell in love with this place from the beginning. And I was never disappointed. I cannot wait to go back. This condo was perfect for us. I rate it at the top of my list of places I have stayed before.

My family and I just returned from a wonderful vacation at Plantation Lake Myrtle Beach! We loved this condo and resort! The beach is close to the condo, clean, and less populated than the other beaches we visited. Very easy to keep up with your kids! We enjoyed the splash water park 3 days for FREE! There were also several pools, hot tubs, a tiki bar, and live entertainment at the splash park. The condo was awesome, roomy, and very close to the pool! We had a great time and recommend any one stay there!
