Large ski-in/ski-out, 2000 sq ft 4BR/3BA + loft with queen pull-out sofa on Mount Crested Butte. Rocky Mountain views out one side and Mount Crested Butte views out the other. The condo is on the top floor so all ceilings are vaulted and are wood w/large beams.
Very few steps/stairs to enter the main floor because the parking for the condo enters from the top floors. The only inside stairs are to the loft and 4th bedroom. The main level contains the master with a king bed and private bath, 2nd bedroom has a king sized log bed, 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom, a twin on top and a trundle pull out twin under the full. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full bath.
The living, dining and kitchen are all on the first/main level as well. Upstairs is a loft with a queen-sleeper sofa, a full bath, and the 4th bedroom with a queen bed. The loft serves as a 2nd living area. Great for the kids because it has a sofa, love seat, TV/VCR and plenty of room for games. The kids can watch TV upstairs while the adults watch TV downstairs in the main living space.
Free "Private" Shuttle Service - No need to rent a car. The complex provides a free private shuttle service exclusively for its guests. The shuttle picks you up right outside your door whenever you call them and will take you to town, base camp, shopping, dinner, or where ever else you need to go. Our complex is one of the only complexes that offers a free private shuttle.
Many listings on VRBO advertise "free shuttles", but they are referring to the free town bus/shuttle service that requires you to walk in freezing temperatures to bus stops and to catch buses that run on predetermined schedules. We will pick you up on your schedule and at your door in one of the complexes private Suburban shuttles. (For a small fee you can take an area shuttle from Gunnison airport to Mount Crested Butte.)
Winter - ski-in/ski-out right from the condo to base camp. Great ski school for the kids with young fun instructors. No more fighting w/your kids over going to ski school. My kid's love it!!! Winter is not just for skiing though. Go sledding, after hours tubing, take a sleigh ride, rent a snow, ice skate in town, snow board, cross-county, down hill, telemark etc... Big ski experience with small town charm! Shop the quaint town and eat at the amazing world-class restaurants the town has to offer.
Summer - you will love it in the summer. Biking, hiking, fishing, rafting, exploring, canoeing...Crested Butte has it all! Great hike and bike trails right out of our front door. Explore the mountain by foot, bike or ATV and see breath taking waterfalls, abandoned mines, wildflowers galore, and unbelievable wildlife.
Have a snow ball fight in July as you explore the mountain tops. It will be a summer vacation your kids will never forget. Great fly fishing with guided tours and also great fishing opportunities for the kids.
Fall - Between Sept 15th and Oct 15th see the leaves change and enjoy the cool crisp weather.
Pets are welcome as long as they are completely house broken and a deposit is given. |
