Very good looking, post-modern house is located on Bull Path, the most prestigious and popular street in East Hampton's Northwest woods. The house with a heated pool sits in 1.5 acres of secluded & quiet white pine woods. As a huge natural reserve with long trails is next to us, you can step out from the house for hiking and mountain biking.
Two-story house is wrapped around with a large deck overlooking the woods, pool and Japanese garden on south side of the house.
Completely renovated recently, the house is very sunny, spacious and clean. When you enter from the main entrance, there is a large bright living and dining area with wall of windows. From open kitchen, you can look out entire living, dining area and the deck outside. A wood burning fireplace and upright piano in the living room.
We have two large master bedrooms which work perfectly for the large family with two couples or grandparents, parents, children and nanny.
The ground floor configures with a large guestroom (queen bed), 2 x twin-bed room ( "Pink room"), queen bed room ("Blue room"), 2 x twin-bed room ("Yellow room") and two full bathrooms. On the second floor are one large master bedroom (king bed) with a master bathroom and an open den with a sofa-bed.
All 3 full bathrooms are marble and kitchen has granite counter top and GE Profile appliances. The house is equipped with CableVision for phone, wireless Internet connection and 2 cable TVs, security system, central A/C and heating.
This is the child-safe house - 20 x 40 Pool can be reached only through 2 lockable gates. New deck, fence and garden furniture in 2007. We also have a baby crib with linens, 3 high chairs and 4 kids bikes as well as 2 adults mountain bikes.
The house is 5- 7 minutes’ drive to beaches, EH & Sag Harbor villages, golf/tennis clubs and summer camps for children.

Why the Owner Chose East HamptonWhen we were born, our parents thought it would be a great idea to spend weekends and summer in the country with us. My dad is from "mountain" country and my mom came from "island", so they looked around a lot of houses in the Northwest Woods area. They liked the house surrounded by the woods and also close to all beaches. Our house is next to the nice hiking trails, where we go out for mountain biking and cross country skiing (in the winter). In the summer, we go to one of Georgica, Main, Indian Wells or Atlantic Avenue Beach every day. We love to come here all year around!
The Unique Benefits at this HouseIt is in very quiet and secluded area. We feel like we are staying in the middle of wild nature. Then we hop into the car and can drive to the villages, Tennis club and many beaches in 10 minutes.It is very relaxing!

Heyy! We are a family of 4, living in Manhattan. Our dad is Austrian and our mom is Japanese, and they drive us crazy to keep our house clean and organized all the time! We are 13 and 15 years old and speak English, German, Japanese, Spanish and French. So we are welcome all international guests as well at our house! During the summer, we go to the Art camp in the morning, beach in the middle of the day and tennis lesson in the late afternoon everyday. You meet and make a lot of friends from the city and here. My parents invite friends over the weekend or threw the dinners and parties all the time. We always have a great time out here!
