You can stop looking because this is the one you want. If you’ve stayed at the Las Palomas Resort in the past, you know that the buildings facing Rocky Point (east) are the best buildings in the complex because they are shaded in the late afternoon sun. You also know that the buildings closest to Sandy Beach offer the best views of Rocky Point and the Sea of Cortez. Look no further because this condo has both of these qualities along with being only two units from the beach end of the building. Wow!!!
This is a professionally managed 2 bedroom, 2 bath, luxury condo in the beautiful seaside resort of Las Palomas in Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point), Mexico. From the 4th floor of the Cordoba building you will have gorgeous views of the Old Port of Puerto Peñasco and the Sea of Cortez in addition to being only steps from the beach. The Cordoba building is the closest building to the beach in phase 2 at the resort which boasts world class amenities including: 18-hole championship golf course, negative-edge swimming pools, water slide, lazy river, kiddie pool, Jacuzzis, swim-up bar, fine dining, fitness center and much more.
The condo is the most desirable 2 bedroom model in the resort with a Great Room and Master Bedroom facing out onto the balcony. It is a brand new fully furnished and equipped 1632 square foot luxury condo plus 432 square foot private deck in Phase 2. The master bedroom, living room and dining room all view the Rocky Point and the Sea of Cortez through a wall of sliding glass doors. The glass doors open onto the private deck that overlooks the Las Palomas swimming pools, Rocky Point and the Sea of Cortez. You will not find a more tastefully decorated condo in the resort. You can cook your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen, order room service from the resort or enjoy fine dining in the 4 Diamond award winning resort restaurants. The condo kitchen is appointed with everything you may need to enjoy an overnight stay or a two week vacation. It has a stainless steel range, microwave, full size refrigerator, and dishwasher along with a complete set of dishes, silverware and cooking utensils.
In addition to all of the outdoor activities provided at the resort, our condo has the best indoor entertainment you will find in the resort. The living room has a 47" 1080p LCD television with cable service, DVD player and Surround Sound. The sound system can play CDs and has an IPOD dock so bring your favorite tunes. Both bedrooms have 32" Plasma televisions with cable service and DVD players. The condo also has broadband internet service to keep you connected.
PRICING & SPECIALS:
Our condo is part of the Las Palomas Rental Pool. When you rent our condo through the Owner Rental Pool Referral Program at Las Palomas you are receiving a significant discount on the Las Palomas room rates available from the resort. This is the lowest rate that can be charged for a ocean front condo in the rental pool. It is called the owners rate. We pass on all the savings to you.
Winter Room Rates (Starting December 1 to February 28):
All nights: $150 per night plus 7.9% tax
Week Stay Special: 7 nights for the price of 6 - $900 per week plus 7.9% tax
Spring/Summer Room Rates (Starting March1 to November 30):
Sun - Thurs: $185 per night plus 7.9% tax
Fri - Sat: $215 per night plus 7.9% tax
Week Stay Special: 7 nights for the price of 6 - $1170 per week plus 7.9% tax
Holiday Room Rates (April 5-8 and May 25-27):

MINIMUM AGE LIMIT: You MUST be 25 to rent any condo in the resort. Renters MUST show ID at check in and MUST stay in the unit for the entire reservation period.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Our condo is professionally managed by the Las Palomas resort. When you rent our condo through the Owner Referral Program at Las Palomas you will get a substantial discount on the Las Palomas room rates. This means you are a true guest of the resort and you will get full access to all the benefits and amenities of the resort. That is not the case if you rent a Las Palomas condo that is not part of the rental pool and the Owner Referral Program. Following are a couple examples of services only available to renters of condos in the Owner Referral Program and Rental Pool.
Full Access to Swimming Pools and Beach: When you rent our condo complete access to the swimming pools and beach areas is included. When you rent a condo that is not part of the Rental Pool, you will have to pay extra fees to get access to the swimming pool and beach areas ($25 plus $5 per person per day). Make sure you take these extra fees into account. See our website for a comparision of rates and fees.
Timely Maintenance Service: We have not had any problems like this but if you were to experience air conditioning problems in our unit, the resort will move you to another condo or repair the problem immediately. If you are renting a condo from an owner that does not use the Owner Referral Program, you will NOT be moved to another unit.
Daily Maid Service: The resort provides daily maid service to guests of Rental Pool participants.
With us you are renting directly with the resort through an Owner Referral Program. You will get a substantial discount on the room rate. In addition you do not have to provide a security deposit or pay an extra cleaning fee.

We've been going to Rocky Point and staying at Las Palomas for a couple of years now. This year we decided to go over Easter Weekend. We didn't realize until we got there that Easter week (Semana Santa) is even busier in Rocky Point than Spring Break. Fortunately, we stayed in this ocean front condo in Phase 2. We spent time on the beach, at the Las Palomas pools and, if we wanted a more private, quiet place, 100 feet back to the condo! We drove up the "street" to "Rodeo Drive", did some shopping, had a wonderful dinner one night on the property at La Maria restaurant and on Sunday, while many people were checking out and heading home, we relaxed at the pool bar for excellent snacks and a couple of beers. The condo had everything we needed to eat, sleep and relax inside, or on the patio. We only stayed 3 nights . . . we should have stayed a week! We can't wait to go back! Next time, we're going to take our kids and grandson with us . . . Las Palomas is a wonderful place for kids of all ages!

We have enjoyed staying in your condo on a couple occasions. It is truly a lovely place with incredible views of the beach and Rocky Point. The condo is very well appointed and includes all the amenities we needed for a four day visit. In comparison to other condos we have rented at Las Palomas we really like the floor plan. The living room, dinning room and kitchen all have incredible views of the beach. It does not feel like you are staying in a long tunnel. We will be staying again in the future.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This property truly lives up to the description and I will be booking this particular condo again! I traveled with 3 other adults and 2 children and the condo was just perfect - the floor plan is excellent, the furnishings are beautiful, the condo itself is amazingly quiet and you could not ask for a better view or more convenience. The elevator is right outside your door to take you to the pool, the beach, the bbq's or to the underground parking garage. The rental process as well as the check in and out process was very smooth and we felt protected in that we were renting with a very responsive owner who is in the "rental pool". We found that the condo had every amenity you could think of - even very cozy and comfortable beds! Emily Phoenix, AZ
