We have just returned home from 10 days at Paul's gorgeous condo. The unit was clean & beautifully presented, even better than it looks in the photos as there is a lovely airy feeling & spaciousness about it. The beds were very comfortable & large enough for my 6ft 4 husband. The rest of the furnishings are equally comfortable & it is clear that a lot of time, thought & money has gone in to making this a really comfortable & well equipped property that is also well maintained. The whole condo is well looked after by a brilliant property manager. We were there during tropical storm Isaac which luckily did not really affect us, but both Paul & the property manager kept in touch & made sure we were safe & well which we really appreciated - being from the UK tropical storms are new to us! The location was fabulous, directly on the most beautiful sandy beach I have ever seen, with calm warm waters in the Gulf & also a choice of 2 pools & a hot tub. We spent many evenings using the beachside grill & then eating on the beach whilst watching the sunset. Just across the street we found a terrific ice cream parlour which pleased our daughters & a handy grocery store. We enjoyed several trips to the village, but apart from that we were very lazy & content to relax by the beach & pool. I don't hesitate to recommend both this property & owner, we have rented places around the world & this is one of the best. I am sure we will be back. Thank you Paul, you made our holiday! One last comment - the property was great for us as a family with 2 young daughters, however I think it would suit all age groups & families as well as couples or friends who want to enjoy all siesta key has to offer.Owner response: Thank you, Sarah, for the complimentary review regarding your stay in our unit. We are fortunate to be able to get down to Siesta Key every couple months or so - and that allows us to occasionally meet some of our renters in-person. I was so happy that I was able to meet you, Mark, Lana, and Tilly when we were also visiting Siesta Key during your stay! What a lovely family! I was glad to hear that you really enjoyed all the conveniences nearby. In fact, when our 4 children were growing up, a highlight was going across the street to that same ice cream shop that you mentioned. I certainly home that you and your family will be able to visit us again - and I'm so glad to hear that you readily adopted the Siesta Key lifestyle: lazy and relaxed!

I have stayed in Siesta Key for almost 20 years - first time at this property and the best experience ever! This is a first rate property. The condo itself is extremely well furnished. High ceilings make the large condo seem even larger. The furnished towels were much appreciated - not your standard "rental unit" furnished towels. Common areas of the development - pool, etc are also very well done - fabulous beach chairs!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This beautiful condo was a lovely blend of New York City chic and Gulf Coast casual. No expense was spared when this unit was furnished...Ralph Lauren towels and Wolfgang Puck cookware, just to namedrop a few of the amenities. The master bathroom was the size of most bedrooms! There's a view of the blue topaz waters of the gulf from the large terrace, dining area and kitchen,great spots to view the amazing sunsets.This is the perfect place for swimming, shelling, sightseeing and even shopping, convenient to everything. My only reservation in recommending this vacation spot so enthusiastically is that it won't be available when I want to return!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+.
