July 2 - September 3: $4,200 Per week. Two week minimum, $4,000/wk
4/23-6/18, $3,200/wk; 6/18-6/25, $3,600/wk, 6/25-7/2, $3,900/wk; 9/3-
-9/10, $3,900; 9/10-close, $3,400. Special rates for holiday weekends.
20% fully refundable security deposit.
20% to secure reservation, fully refundable if cancellation before March 15.
Full payment due eight weeks out. If cancellation within the last eigh weeks,
80% will be returned if the vacancy is filled. Otherwise, the full deposit
will be retained.
