The Thomas Wood Cottage is the perfect lakefront vacation spot on Keuka Lake. The house was totally remodeled in 2003. The Two front bedrooms have a direct view of the water with sliding glass doors that open out on to a balcony and a view of your lakefront. Virtually every room in the house has a view of the lake. The house has central air conditioning, a kitchen with everything you'll need - dishwasher, microwave, disposal, stove, refrigerator, dishes, cookware, silverware, glasses, and stemware.
The beach is 56 feet of natural beach with a kid friendly slow gradual drop off. The lakefront is equipped with a 50' foot dock. Bring your own boat or rent one on Keuka lake.
In addition to the private lakefront there is a spacious backyard and paved off-street parking for 4 cars. The are no stairs to climb. The walk from the paving area is dead level. Rental guests can use the fitness center, swimming pool, and Tennis courts at Keuka College for a modest daily use fee. The house is also equipped with a basketball hoop in the parking area! |
