Accommodations: House - 3 Bedrooms + Den - 2.5 Baths - (Sleeps 6-8)

Front of house Availability: 6/29 - 7/20 only. A very comfortable family home, great for kids of all ages. Exterior newly painted, interiors are clean, bright, and "tropical". Great for entertaining, the downstairs kitchen is fully equipped. Downstairs cozy living room seats 8-10, full dining room, and upstairs large family room, 20'X 20', with ping pong table, TV entertainment center, and attached study. Lots of light, bright and cheery. The dining and living room open to the back yard and view the 8 foot deep swimming pool with attached jacuzzi. Newly replastered, this dark bottom pool is chlorine free. You could actually drink the water. Master bedroom is large with king bed, private bath with soaking tub and separate shower. With block out shades you can sleep till noon! Two bedrooms upstairs have a queen and double bed with west views towards the beach and beautiful sunsets. Renters are allowed to use four bicycles and rollerblades, or walk to the beach down the central jogging path through the west part of town. We are about one hour from most attractions in Los Angeles, but the neighborhood is beach casual with LOTS of fantastic restaurants to choose from. The beach "Strand" (an eight foot wide cement path) allows walkers and bicycles or skaters the opportunity to enjoy the beach without the sand, which runs from the base of Palos Verdes to Santa Monica. Beach volleyball is a favorite, even professional tournaments, and fireworks on July 4th. Come and visit this great vacation spot! You can't go wrong with this lovely home, priced right. Maid service fee of $150 paid at end of occupancy, additional.
$1000 security deposit, refunded within two weeks, minus any damaages
