  We had a wonderful time staying in your condo. It was our first time staying on the beach side. The weather was very windy but it did not keep us from enjoying your balcony over looking the beach and the waves. We were able to get up early and get seashells, which my daughter absolutely loved. We hope to stay again in the future.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Perfect getaway. I arrived after a Hurricane/strong storms.. the Air Conditioner had apparently blown a fuse from the power outage and the maintenance crew sent someone up within 10 min ( after hours) to flip the breaker back. Excellent service..Great Condo!

  This condo was very clean. It has been updated and has a good supply of items. Everything was in working order. The owner was very kind and pleasant to work with.

  Two adults stayed July 23, 2012 through July 29, 2012. From the balcony we enjoyed the view, morning coffee, several meals, and sunsets. We selected unit 1102 because the balcony is situated in such a way that we could view sunsets, and we wanted to be up high. That said though, a caveat,...there may be periods during the year when the sunset is blocked from view by a tall condo located West of Perdido Sun. The unit's rental manager Pam was efficient and very satisfactory with regards the "business side" of booking accommodations. If you are uncertain which unit to book, ask Pam she is very knowledgeable of Perdido Sun and offers an excellent inventory of units there. Enjoyed our stay and were very satisfied with the unit and Perdido Sun overall. Recommend for couples of all ages, families with young children or teenagers. Perdido Sun has nice pools, enjoyed them both. Access to the beach is super easy, and no steps on the boardwalks.

  Nice location, and comfortable. The bathroom light was going off intermittently. I informed the front desk the second day, and till the last day that problem had not been fixed.

  Me and my husband had the best weekend here. Being on the 11th floor was great and secluded it seemed. The condo was clean and neat and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this condo and we will visit again!!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

  My family has stayed in Unit 1102 for the past three 4th of July's and we love it. Great location, veiw, and balcony.
