New custom built two story on stilts with two large covered porches. Hardwood floors in all bedrooms and living room while kitchen and baths are tiled with ceramic. Both porches have patio furniture and big beautiful ceiling fans. We have parking for 3-4 cars, private outdoor shower, and a custom built tike bar for your entertainment purposes. Each bedroom has its own 20" flat screen tv and there is a Nu-tone stereo system throughout the house and on the decks. The interior decor is bright and colorful which helps you to relax and enjoy. No linens are supplied, no smoking and no pets are allowed. Families need to supply their own paper products but all the other ammenities of home are included. It's the perfect vacation spot for people of all ages...your home away from home.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$2200 per week. $300 security deposit required. Payment of 1/2 of rent
along with security deposit required when reservation is made and balance
within 30 days of arrival date. Rental is from Sat. to Sat. Renters
must clean unit prior to departure. Someone will check and if unit is
clean and no damages are found, security deposit will be returned. If
additional cleaning is required, fees will come out of deposit. Check-in
is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
Off season rates will vary. July 4th week rent 2200 for week.

WOW.....Beautiful beach house very well kept inside and out. The campground was awesome. I can't remember when we had such a wonderful time, and had such a great place to stay. This house has plenty of room and the wrap around decks are wonderful. All the bedrooms were nice size and the bathrooms were clean! The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans and dishes for us to use. I would highly recommend this beach house. The owners are very personable and attentive. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home! We will certainly rent again and again.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
