  Had a fantastic and comfortable stay in this unit. Very clean, well decorated and the owners were great to deal with. Very highly recommended.Would positively stay here again.

  We so enjoyed Rhonda and Dean's condo. It is beautifully decorated. Looks like a model. VERY clean and well taken care of of. Would recommend this condo for anyone. We had the best time. The property is just fabulous. The pool is second to none and again very clean. We can't wait to go back! Thanks Rhonda and Dean!

  My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this outstanding 2 BR/2.5 BATH condo the last week of October. As the property description indicates, there are numerous unique benefits to this particular unit that cannot be taken for granted. First of all, it is owned by two of the nicest folks that we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, Rhonda and Dean. Fortunately, we were able to meet them in person on this trip. This was our second stay at one of their units and hopefully we will have many more in the future! They are very receptive to the needs of their guests and always answer e-mails or return phone calls promptly. That has not always been the case in the past when we have leased from other owners. And one thing you can bet on is that if Rhonda says the unit is clean upon check-in, then it is CLEAN!! Secondly, this particular condo, which is absolutely beautiful, is located on the sixth floor and it is just a few steps from the assigned parking place in the garage to the unit's front door. That makes a HUGE difference when loading and unloading the vehicle. I was able to completely unpack in roughly ten minutes and before I knew it I was already in my board shorts and on my way to the poolside bar! A third benefit to this condo is the fact that it sits directly next door to Pineapple Willy's Restaurant and Willy's Pier Bar. If I remember correctly, we had dinner there four nights during the week. (I absolutely love seafood, but it's awfully tough to beat the ribs there!) On Friday night after dinner, we snagged a table at the Pier Bar and had the pleasure of watching our St. Louis Cardinals in Game 7 win the World Series over the Texas Rangers. Those are memories that will last a lifetime!! Rhonda and Dean, thank you both again for everything. We look forward to contacting you again the next time we are planning a trip to Panama City Beach.   We stayed here for a long weekend in November... wife, myself and three young kiddos. Loved every second. Plenty of room for the five of us. Awesome beds. Loved having a full kitchen with Walmart and Publix so close. 6th floor is perfect, not to high but high enough to be away from the noise of the pool area. Rhonda was wonderful to work with. Very responsive and incredibly nice.

  Had a Great time. Unit was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Furnishings were very nice and up to date. Great veiw of the pool and the ocean. When we go back to P C I hope the unt is available again.

  This unit is just as pictured, location great, great veiw of beach and wonderful pool. Clean,and comfort just like being at home . They had everything you need for cooking and the beds were fantastic. The SOP has activities for all ages just go to the front desk and get a copy. Rhonda and Dean are wonderful to rent from and easy to contact if needed . You can not go wrong with this unit or them. Easy across the street for Walmart, lots of resterants. If you are a single traverler., do not worry just tell the front desk, the security personnel are very freindly and will look out for you. Had a great stay and hope to come back in Sept. Beach and weather were beautiful. Nice to have indoor hot tub and pool for the cool evenings in Feb.

  We were travelling to Panama city beach for the Ironman Florida event Nov 2010. I did a lot of research on hotels and condos in the area and decided to stay at this property, in part because of how reponsive and helpful Rhonda was both by email and phone. What a great decision! The condo is really beautiful, very comfortable and very well equipped. The Shores of Panama building itself is very well maintained and the pools are beautiful. View from the balcony is amazing with breathtaking sunsets. We had 2 small children with us and the resort is a few minutes drive from Zooworld and Gulf World Marine park, as well as being right on the beach. Also, walmart is only 5 minute walk from the condo which made grocery shopping very easy. Rhonda was available to answer all my questions and was very helpful through the whole process. I have no complaints and would 100% recommend this property. We would definitely stay here again!

  My husband and I have stayed at many, many condominiums in Florida over that past 35 years. We found this condominium to be excellent! Very, very clean, tastefully decorated, very comfortable making for an extremely relaxing vacation. We had my daughter, her husband, and my three year old grandchild with us and we were not cramped at all. It also was convenient to restaurants and Walmart. Pool is awesome, view is wonderful. Thank you Rhonda for allowing us to rent your beautiful condo!
