Our villa is a one-bedroom, one bath and considered a “Gold” unit, the best class in the resort! This third floor villa offers the luxury of privacy and a beautiful view of the ocean and the quiet lagoon. It is easily accessible by stairs or elevator. Out the front door, it will take you LESS THAN TWO MINUTES to be either dipping in the Oceanside pool, or playing in the Atlantic!
The villa was recently FULLY RENOVATED with hard wood floors and numerous updates. Complimentary Internet access is also Available! The smoke-free villa sleeps six with a queen size bed in the bedroom, a brand new queen sleeper sofa,and two built-in bunks in the sleeping alcove. You can prepare meals in the updated full kitchen or dine in one of the on site restaurants.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The ocean is within steps of our condo and the ocean front pool makes it easy to take a dip in the pool and then the ocean. The ocean breeze comes on the pool making it refreshing as your relax by the pool. We enjoy riding our bikes on the trail that leads right from our resort all around the island.

We absolutely loved this condo, the listing describes it perfectly. We had everything we needed, including a very well put together list of activities and restaurant recommendations. The property is very well maintained and clean. It is centrally located on the Island, so it is very easy to get around. We would definitely recommend this to friends and family. We are looking forward to returning in the near future.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children.

You all have a great place, we had a wonderful time! The games, DVD's, and VCR movies were a nice touch. You were right, it was much quieter on that end of the building as opposed to the middle of the C building where we have stayed in the past. Rochelle....We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful condo!!!! Everything was perfect and would definitely want to come back!! We also loved the Crazy Crab and played golf @ the Heron Point Golf Course. Thanks again...your home will be well recommended. My daughter who is staring med School, my 82 year old mom and I now share wonderful memories of our stay in Hilton Head!!

My husband and two daughters (3 yrs and 1.5 yrs) stayed at the Traub's lovely condo in April. It definitely met the needs of our family. The girls could watch their cartoons in the morning, while we sat on the porch listening to the ocean. Bike rentals on property which we rented and used multiple times a day. The girls even fell asleep during a beach ride. Several parks w/ playgrounds within biking distance. The restaurants on-site were not open during the time we were there; however, EXCELLENT dining within 5-10 minute drive. We loved the Old Oyster Factory (4 min drive). Easy payment via paypal. Excellent communication and follow-up. Highly recommend.
