  The condo is in great condition, very clean kitchen and bathroom. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay at HHBT resort.

  This rental met our expectations. We had a wonderful view each morning of the ocean and sunrise. Gorgeous. The location was perfect. Beach was not crowded and we were able to enjoy the local restaurants with ease. Condo was clean and just the right size. Would consider renting again. Perfect place for a couples get-away.

  This wonderful villa far exceeded our expectations. Clean, modern, bright and cozy; this little gem has all the creature comforts of home at a bargain price. And considering we chose to vacation at Hilton Head so we could enjoy the outdoors, we were in the room basically to relax after a long day of activity and sleep. The four of us were able to sleep comfortably and all take hot showers! I can’t remember the last time I felt so relaxed. If you enjoy activities like us, there are so many things to do without having to leave the resort. Swimming, tennis, fishing, bike rentals (for the bike path that runs parallel to the island), and there are all kinds of activities for the kids, not just daily, but hourly. And if you are interested in simply relaxing, there is the clean, beautiful and spacious beach that is only a 2 minute walk away. More like a vacation home than a hotel, this is the perfect place for a family of four to six. Sure it’s not the Four Seasons, but it’s not the Motel 6 either. None-the-less, the amenities and service at the resort, along with the helpful and courteous owners, make for a truly exceptional experience. We’ve stayed at many resorts and this place is by far one of our favorites. We will definitely be back!!

  This was our first time booking a condo on vrbo. The owners quickly got back to us and answered all of our numerous questions. We were still nervous upon arrival, hoping the condo would be as nice as the pictures appeared. We were pleasantly surprised, it was even better than expected! The ad noted that it had a distant view of the ocean but we could see it very well when standing on the balcony. The condo was bright, clean, new bedding, clean/newer sleeper sofa,2 flat screen tvs, large kitchen table and the kitchen had everything we may have needed. It had wood floors, tile in the bath, and 2 bunks in the hallway (sounds strange but they are built into the walls allowing more places to sleep, very nice feature). We used the internet while we were there, they give you a passcode to sign in with, it does run on island time, but that was everywhere on the island. The resort had a huge pool right on the beach so we could do both very easily. The walk to the beach was literally less than 2 minutes, the resort is right on the beach. Overall, FANTASTIC vacation, more than what we expected! Thank you!

  HORRIBLE! The listing says recently renovated, this was apparently done many years ago. It does not look refreshed at all and It smells like mold and burnt wood. Although the listing says free internet I had to sign on the reort property site and YOU have to PAY for internet as per directions on the fridge. It is not complimentary and it is VERY expensive. The TV I had was only 12" and Olympics were on- not very good viewing! You could not turn on outside patio light combined with anything electrical in the house because fuse would blow. If you want to get outside you have to MOVE THE CHAIR. The chair is parked right in front of the slider! It says sleeps 6. I was by myself but to fold out the couch you would have to move a lot of furniture. The bunk beds were perfect for kids though, they are built right into the little cubby walkway. The pillows were 2" thick. The towels were rough and tough on our skin. We had a family reunion at this resort and my family had gorgeous, clean and bright units. I had the worst, by far. SKIP THIS ONE BY ALL MEANS. VERY MISLEADING PICTURES. IT IS DATED. IT IS ODOROUS AND IT IS TINY (more like a studio than a 1 bedroom). Resort itself was fun and nice people everywhere!!

This is our personal unit (our only one we own) and we fully hope that our guests enjoy their vacations and getaways as much as we do. We do not want anyone to have a bad experience, ever. Your vacation is too precious for that. We rent it out only to supplement our costs and are not in this "for the money" so we really hope our guests get the same level of enjoyment we do. We charge a rate that just barely covers our costs and appreciate all feedback provided. In five years of owning and renting, we have never received a negative comment, and since we are not in the business of full time condo renting, we hope and try to do our best to accommodate our guests. We are always available 24/7 both before, during and after your stay and we are always upfront in advance to be able to meet and exceed your expectations for a truly enjoyable experience on Hilton Head.   We loved our stay at this condo in Hilton Head! The condo is everything the listing promises, updated and very clean! The location is wonderful and the recommendations are excellent. We always looked forward to returning to the condo every night to enjoy the sound and breeze of the ocean from the balcony. Great communication with owner, both with initial request and follow-ups. Easy pay and deposit was returned immediately. We would recommend this condo to all our family and friends. Can't wait for our next visit!!

  We absolutely loved this condo, the listing describes it perfectly. We had everything we needed, including a very well put together list of activities and restaurant recommendations. The property is very well maintained and clean. It is centrally located on the Island, so it is very easy to get around. We would definitely recommend this to friends and family. We are looking forward to returning in the near future.

  You all have a great place, we had a wonderful time! The games, DVD's, and VCR movies were a nice touch. You were right, it was much quieter on that end of the building as opposed to the middle of the C building where we have stayed in the past. Thanks again, and I will hang onto your e-mails so that when we plan our next trip we can check it out. Thanks again.

  Rochelle....We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful condo!!!! Everything was perfect and would definitely want to come back!! We also loved the Crazy Crab and played golf @ the Heron Point Golf Course. Thanks again...your home will be well recommended. My daughter who is staring med School, my 82 year old mom and I now share wonderful memories of our stay in Hilton Head!!

  My husband and two daughters (3 yrs and 1.5 yrs) stayed at the Traub's lovely condo in April. It definitely met the needs of our family. The girls could watch their cartoons in the morning, while we sat on the porch listening to the ocean. Bike rentals on property which we rented and used multiple times a day. The girls even fell asleep during a beach ride. Several parks w/ playgrounds within biking distance. The restaurants on-site were not open during the time we were there; however, EXCELLENT dining within 5-10 minute drive. We loved the Old Oyster Factory (4 min drive). Easy payment via paypal. Excellent communication and follow-up. Highly recommend.

Weekly rates are posted based on Sat to Sat stay, but Sat to Sat stays are NOT required; especially during Spring/Summer. We are flexible in accommodating YOUR schedule!
