  Our family (two adults and one tween) stayed here from September 28-30, 2012, while our daughter played in a golf tournament at Bay Point. We found the unit on VRBO at the last minute and Tanya was very pleasant and professional to work with. She made sure everything was taken care of in a short amount of time. We were very impressed with the unit. It was nicely decorated, clean, and very comfortable. It was the perfect place and location for our short trip to Panama City Beach. From the first phone call made to rent the unit, until check-out - everything was wonderful! We will definitely try to stay here again if we are back in the area. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

  My family has been visiting Panama City Beach for years, and specifically Bay Point for the last 5 years. We have stayed all over the beach, and all over Bay Point. This is by far the best experience we have had. From the rental agreement to check out everything went very smoothly. This condo is in the Grand Residences, which is the most upscale condo in Bay Point. The place just felt like home, from the comfortable beds and other furniture to the Summer Kitchen out by the pool! I will definitely be returning to this condo!

  I highly recommand this upscale condo to anyone. We had a great 2 weeks there. The listing description and photos are exactly what you will see. It is kept very clean and vell maintained. The amenities are excellent, we enjoyed the beautiful pool all to ourselves the entire time. Within a short walking distance, there is a board walk/peer where you can axcess a semi private beach. The best part, there is a good restaurent on that board walk where you can sit right by the water and they are pet friendly!!!! Our Yellow Labrador had a great time there too.

  I own a travel agency in Cartersville, Georgia and a couple of years ago I rented this condo for a family vacation. We loved it. The setting was perfect and we felt like we had the entire resort to ourselves. It was close to several wonderful restaurants (especially Andy's Flour Power Bakery) and everything we needed was provided. We especially loved the design of the building and how the entire bottom floor is an open air club house overlooking the pool. How nice it was to be able to enjoy the pool area while still sitting in the shade under a ceiling fan. The outdoor kitchen was a real plus allowing up to cook great meals outside. Owning a travel agency, I am somewhat cautious of referring clients to individually owned properties unless I have stayed there myself. We highly recommend this property and our clients love it. We have never received any negative feedback from anyone we have referred.

  This is our second year in this condominium as "snowbirds". We spend about 3 1/2 months here and both agree that this is one of the most beautiful units we've ever stayed in and we've done a good amount of traveling through the years. The photos and listing accurately describe the unit, very roomy with all the amenities and a nice view from the balcony. Even our cat likes this pet friendly unit. We plan on coming back next year to this same unit and would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to this area. Jerry and Trudy from Ohio

  We had no idea what to expect when we booked this vacation rental. We are long time travelers to Marriott Bay Point in Panama City but usually stayed in the Hotel. We needed a larger place this time and chose to stay in a condo. This condo is beautiful!!! The bedrooms are gorgeous and spacious. Flat screen TV's in the master and and sitting area. The 2 full bathrooms are spotless and state of the art(great jacuzzi tub). Amazing kitchen with EVERYTHING you would ever need. There were 6 people in our party and this was more than enough room. Wonderful pool/hot tub and the indoor lounge area is beautiful. There are outdoor griils with a bar and eating area for cooking out. It is in a perfect location, right next store to Relections. My brother stayed at Reflections and I like our condo better....and they paid more! And you are a one minute walk to the Pier at the Marriott. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and highly recommend it to anyone, and for the price you will not find a better deal. We will definitely stay here again and from now on....no more hotels.
