Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the outset it was clear that this was to be a very special few weeks. The location was incomparable with the many other places we have visited around the world over the years. The wonderful beach and the convenience of the amenities close at hand; restaurants, shopping and the array of areas of interest and activity gave all the options that all ages could seek. The personal attention of the owner was a valuable added bonus. We will remember this as one of the best if not the best vacation that we have had. Thanks Crystal Sands.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Siesta Key 41st. anniversary stay with our two closest friends!! My wife and I with our two closest friends spent two fantastic weeks directly on Siesta Key Beach. The condo gave us a 180 degree view of this great beach. We found this online, then talked to the owner by phone. All four of us asked Dan question after question of which he answered them all. We told him to book us at that time. He was most helpful the entire time from booking to our arrival. Once inside we were all delighted with the condo. He had said it would have everything we would need and it did. We enjoyed meeting Dan and he is a great guy. We talked among ourselves a couple of days before we had to leave and decided two weeks was not enough. So we got in touch with Dan and we will be staying in the same condo next year for three weeks. Thanks Dan, you and the condo made a wonderful vacation for us all. See you next year!!

  My wife and I wanted a trip to Siesta Key for our 41st anniversary. So we asked our two closest friends to go with us. Having found this condo at VRBO we called the owner with all four of us asking question after question. Dan was so informative that we booked with him right then and there. From start of planning to day of arrival he was gracious and beyond helpful at every turn. As we stepped thru the door of the condo we were all amazed at the care that was taken in renovating this into a real gem. Then we made our way to the lanai and fell in love with the view. A+ to Dan and everything that is condo #803. We stayed for two weeks and booked for next year at the same time for three weeks. Thanks once again for everything Dan. Waiting anxiously for next year to get here.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The condo was in great condition and the AC kept us nice and cool while we were not at the beach. Covered parking and great security made it safe for the kids as well.   Thank you Dan for such a wonderful vacation. Your condo was very clean, very well decorated, and very comfortable. The view of the ocean was spectacular! My family did not want to leave! :) I would recommend your rentals to anyone and everyone....you truly have the best condos on siesta key! We look forward to working with you again in the future!

The views were wonderful from both bedrooms and the family room and the screened in porch was awesome. The rooms and closets were very spacious and the furniture was nice. We were provided with everything we needed. We had never been to Sarasota before but we loved it and we will definately return! Thanks for a memorable vacation!

  This was our second year staying at Crystal Sands. The internet description and pictures of the condo accurately described the appearance and amenities. The condo was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items. The owner was very accomodating and readily available. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. Crystal Sands is in close proximity to many restaurants and shopping areas. The beach is outstanding and the two pools are very convenient. We highly recommend this vacation destination and are looking forward to returning next year.

  It's hard to find enough superlatives to describe our brief stay in this wonderful condo, but here's the "five things you should know" synopsis: 1. Outstanding service from an outstanding owner. 2. Killer view. 3. Top-shelf frills (Verizon FIOS, Plasma TVs x 3, WIFI plus a wired "all-in-one" HP flat screen PC with a connected color ink-jet (if needed), Modern kitchen, High end washer/dryer, etc) in a well-maintained, modern space. 4. Easy access to a phenomenal beach (endorsed by kids + wife) and nicely heated pool 5. Hassle-free parking close to the condo entrance A slightly expanded version: The owner of the condo clearly pays close attention to detail, cares deeply about his property and is genuinely interested in ensuring that your experience is as positive as possible. This was our first VRBO rental, but we have rented several beach houses/condos in the past (primarily in North Carolina's "outer banks"). We have never experienced the kind of service we received with this rental. The owner responded to all of my email queries rapidly and succinctly and went the extra mile to make our trip pleasant and easy. The next time we stay in Siesta Key, the venue will be a no-brainer. Thanks for a great stay!

  The condo was fantastic! Clean, actually better than the pictures, everything was in working condition. The view was second to none, just perfect! Couldn't have been happier! Thank you for a great weekend!
