Wanna get away? Look no further! This adorable 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo will provide the perfect spot for your beach vacation in Seagrove/Seaside.

With our bright decor and a view of the gorgeous pool (one of the largest in the Seagrove area - see picture), you'll love every minute here. Beach access is directly across the street. We are on the ground floor which is perfect for dogs, kids, and those people who no longer care for stairs.

We are conveniently located in close proximity to several shops and restaurants. Goatfeathers Market is 150 yards away and you will love picking up fresh steamed shrimp and crabcakes on your way back from the beach. For those who can't be away from their email, we offer wireless internet!

Seagrove Beach is a great vacation spot for everyone - adults and kids! The beach is gorgeous (access is just a short walk.) Aside from walking on the beach or playing in the pool, Seagrove offers lots of activities including biking, kayaking, shopping, outdoor plays, and wonderful local restaurants. The bike path along Scenic Hwy 30A runs directly in front of the building, and Seaside is only one and one-half miles away. We always enjoy biking to Seaside to catch a sunset at Bud and Alley's or let the kids play in the grass in the town square.

                I really enjoyed my stay at Living the Dream. The condo was very clean and had everything I needed. The location was perfect. It was close to the beach, restaurants and Seaside for shopping. The owner was so nice and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again on future trips.

                We had a great time. Met new people and explored many restaurants during our stay. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The unit we stayed in was very comfortable. It had everything one would need to have a home away from home. The location and the complex itself is excellent, and well kept. Matt, the owner is quite accommodating, if you have any questions or concerns. Would recommend to anyone.

                The villa was cute and spacious and the owner nice however, construction was going on in front of property and was extremely noisy. The complex is not very soundproof and unit upstairs was very noisy as well. Had issues the entire two weeks from dishwasher malfunction to housekeeping issues. The owner refunded the cleaning fee. The price for the villa was very reasonable and within my budget, also, they allow pets so that was a big plus. However, there are some kind of burrs in the grass dog walk area that stuck to his paws and were painful and difficult to remove. I will opt to pay more for a more private lodging with my next visit. Very disappointed with my stay.

                Owner response: To Potential Renters: We hate that this renter had a bad experience but I think a little background might help explain our position. The renter called me on the day after her arrival to make me aware of some dirt on the sheets of the master bed. We take our place very seriously so I apologized and refunded the cleaning fee. The next day she complained about the "dishwasher" leaking. I then called my cleaning person (who lives in the complex) and asked her to stop by the unit and see if she could address any cleaning concerns and look at the dishwasher. My cleaning person called and knocked several times and could tell that the renter was home but the renter would not come to the door. When I called the renter she did not answer but sent back an email complaining that she was on vacation and did not want people to come by. (So you know.......when we did get access we found out that the disposal was broken and that the dishwasher was fine. The next renter graciously allowed us to set an appointment and fix it) The next complaint dealt with the construction going on in an adjacent property. I apologized to her but explained that they can start building at 8AM. Not sure what we could do about that but my neighbor down there says that she could hardly hear them. The next complaint was about some "small black bugs" that were in the unit. My cleaning lady came by and pointed out that you have to close the sliding glass door in the late afternoons because of "noseeums". Oddly enough she got very little response or thanks. The bottom line is that we do the best we can but some things we can control and some we cannot. The things we can control we make right. Other times, there seems to be nothing we can do to make someone happy and that is unfortunate. The Owners.

                We had a fabulous time at Rollin Tides. The place was clean and convenient. The pool was right out the front door and the beach was a very short walk. The Seagrove/Seaside area is fabulous! The owner was wonderful to work with, very accomodating and responded to any questions I had very quickly. We would definitely recommend!

                I originally contacted Matt (the owner) only a short time before we were to arrive. Matt was very helpful and easy to work with. Matt helped us work everything out in a short period of time we were all set to go. I must mention that he held the unit for us even though he had another last minute offer. After all of this I became very sick (I believe it was strep and believe I got it from the grand kids going back to school). We were sure that we had lost our rental money. My wife called Matt and explained the situation, and to our surprise he was very understanding and although he was not required to ,he refunded our money. I have been staying in the Destin area for about 30 years and have never run into a more gracious landlord in all of my years. I cannot say enough about how understaning Matt was and how kindly we were treated. If you include the character of the owner when you rent a condo you will never find a more honorable person!!!!

                We had an amazing time and great vacation. Location was wonderful and well within walking distance, of by far, the best tasting Gumbo in the Gulf. The beach access was convenient, as was other dining and shopping locations. Condo accommodations were just as we expected. The complex was very child and pet friendly. The owner of this condo was extremely nice and easy to work with. I would recommend this place to anyone and would consider it again for myself.

                This place is exactly what we were looking for! The pictures don't do it justice! Clean and homey! Love this place and love this quiet, relaxing area! Usually go to Panama City but no more! Seagrove is wonderful and this place being on the first floor is so easy to get in and out of. Great seafood restaurants close by, Seaside is less than a mile away with lovely lights in the trees! Oh, and love the porch area to sit outside and sip coffee! This was a very last minute trip and the owners couldn't have been nicer or easier to work with! I will recommend this place to everyone I know!

                Of all the years we have been visiting Destin, San Destin, and 30A, this place was the easiest to "move into" and the nicest to enjoy! The first floor entry made it great to unload (and sadly load up later) all our stuff. The LR, DR, and kitchen were light, bright, and cheery with a yellow and blue decor. The living area looked out toward the magnificent pool. The bedrooms and baths were lovely as well with plenty of storage. The beach access was 4-5 minutes from the condo. The Villas are quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The green areas were great for the dog-lots of roaming room. Great restaurants close by at Seagrove and Seaside, along with fish markets and bike rentals. This place is definitely a keeper!

                This was our first visit to the area and it couldn't possibly have been better!! The condo pool, grounds, and beach access are excellent. Although a bike rental place was almost directly across the street from the condo we walked everywhere a car was not needed. The owners are easy to talk with, recommended great places to visit and eat and left us detailed instructions for major area options in a notebook on the kitchen table. The condo was spotless when we arrived; pictures don't do it justice! The ground floor unit is almost 100% handicapped accessible and the queen size mattresses in the two bedrooms are comfortable!! The kitchen was equipped perfectly for our needs since we cooked and ate at least two meals per day at the condo. I had never used a stacked washer/dryer, previously having only full size side-by-side units and was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and the thoroughness the smaller size provided our wash loads. Coming home after two weeks of vacation was pleasant with no suitcases full of clothes needing to be laundered! Our two French bulldogs came with us and the condo arrangement was perfect for their needs. There are plenty of areas where they could be walked beyond the condo pet area with its pole of "help yourself" disposable waste bags. We've already recommended the condo to several of our friends. We could not have been more pleased with the experience.

                We arrived late on a Sunday afternoon. The condo had a noticeable dog smell and the couch in the family room was badly stained (not something you would want to sit on). Also, be aware that the condo is relatively small and it is on the first floor. It will sleep 4, but I'm not sure how you could comfortably sleep 6 in this small unit. The parking lot sits about 8 feet outside the master bedroom. When we arrived there was a group of about 6 teenagers playing music and smoking in the parking lot. We made the decision to look for another place to stay, and found a beautiful 3 bedroom condo at the Village at South Walton (about 5 miles down the road), and the price was only $7 more per night. The owner complained that we should have given him the opportunity to fix the problems, and perhaps we should have. However, in subsequent emails he made it clear that his local reps disagreed with the severity of the problems we described, so I doubt he would have provided much relief. When it was all said and done, the owner refunded only the cleaning fee.

                Owner response: To potential renters: We love our vacation home and we try very hard to make all our guests happy but unfortunately we were not able to satisfy this renter. This is our first bad experience as leasing owners and we hope to never have another one. At the time in question, I had my cleaning crew back there as soon as they called me so as to address their concerns. Apparently, they had left before they called. I then asked another owner to check the place out. She found nothing matching the complaints listed in this review. Furthermore, in an attempt to satisfy their concerns, I offered to acquire them other lodging but again they had already found a new place to stay. In fact, during conversations with the unhappy renters the only request of me was to reimburse the cleaning fee. I did that. It was only later, after they had returned from their trip and a few weeks had passed that they asked to be reimbursed for the entire trip. I cannot do that. It is impossible to rent out a place like that. I have no idea what the kids in the parking lot have to do with this but we strongly encourage all people not to smoke. It is very bad for your health! In the end, we offered more assistance than any hotel or rental agency would and much more than is required per the rental agreement. The Owner

              About the owner: We are a small family living in Atlanta. We are avid Crimson Tide fans and 'no' we did not buy this place because it has 'Rollin Tides' in the name. (Though it did not hurt)

              Why the Owner Chose Rollin Tide Villas:
              We chose to buy here because we love the old school beach feel. We are not interested in fighting the crowds in Destin and PC and we love the fact that we are comfortable with our kids riding their bikes along the road and crossing the street does not take a cab.
