We stayed at this charming Villa for three weeks and didn't want to leave. The warm and inviting feeling right as soon as you walk in the door was more than we expected. Very clean and well maintained, the decor is vibrant and cheery supplemented with all and more conveniences that we needed. We looked forward to relax by the pool and hot tub after the hectic pace at the Disney Parks and other vacation attractions that are so close in proximity. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed which allowed us to comfortably dine in, although, very close to restaurants as well. We highly recommend this vacation home, where the owners strive to make your vacation a wonderful lifetime memory.

When we decided to try a house rental instead of a hotel we could have never picked a spot with more appeal. This house had us feeling right at home from the moment we walked in. The children enjoyed the movie selection and we all found the house a great way to wind down after a long day on the trot. For days we decided to stay home for some R & R we had a blast around the pool and hot tub! Leaha and Lyle, you were very accomodating to our questions and thanks a million times over for the use of your beautiful home. We will be back... for sure!

Our family of four with children 6 and 12 loved the villa. It is located on the end of a cul-de-sac and is quiet and private backing onto undeveloped land. The home was clean and very well maintained and the furniture and fixtures were all up to date and in excellent working condition. The games room is equipped with quality game tables not big-box store junk and features a large screen TV to provide something for everyone. This is the 4th vacation villa we have rented in the Orlando area and the combination of location and the condition and amenities makes this one of the best vacation villas we've experienced. We also found the property owners very easy to deal with and we received prompt replies to all our inquiries. My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide garbage bags for the kitchen receptacle. We found it difficult to guess the proper size once we were at the grocery store. Other than that, if your looking for a vacation villa in the Orlando area you can't go wrong with this one.

Stayed from 14 - 23 Feb 2011 at Villa Borealis and had a wonderful time. The house lived upto and exceeded the descriptions on the listing. Photos show everything available but cannot show the huge amount of space avaialbe, you'll have to see it to enjoy it. Both the property owners, Leaha and Lyle and the property managers were extremely helpful in providing information and assistance. Their little "inside tips" are great advice to follow when visiting Orlando. Our daughers (5 and 7) absolutely loved the bunk beds, games room and pool table almost as much as the theme parks. The house is located close enough to all attractions but yet far away enough to enjoy a non-theme park break. This place is looked after and decorated as someone's home and not just a house. We would definately recommend Villa Borealis to anyone staying for whatever reason in the Orlando area.

This was an ideal vacation home for our family of 5. There was room for all of us at the kitchen table, there was plenty of space for the kids to 'get away from each other', and the well-equipped games room provided them with plenty to do. There was ample storage in the kitchen, bedrooms, and closets. The furniture and beds were good quality and very comfortable - no old cast-offs in this house. The owners and management company were helpful and prompt in responding to inquiries. The pool was clean and well maintained and we appreciated the fact that it was shaded from the strong sun in the afternoon. We would definitely recommend this home to friends/family.

We have stayed at many VRBO's, but this one was definitely the best kept and spotless! The kids loved the gameroom, and it kept them busy for the few hours we weren't at Disney. The owners were very receptive and kept great communications via email. We will definitely stay here next time! Thanks so much!

We loved your villa. We had a wonderful time. My grandson enjoyed the swimming pool and the games. Everytime we went out to the theme parks, he kept asking me: Can we go home now? Thank you very much for everthing and I'm looking forward to vacation there again. We really had a very good time. Was the perfect choice!

If you are looking for the ultimate place to stay in the Disney Area, then Villa Borealis is the place to stay. The house was immaculate with wonderful ammenities, the tropical decor really made you feel like you were in Florida and we had more than enough room for our family of five. There wasn't anything that we needed to bring from home except our clothes and swimsuits. For a fun family night, we reserved the "movie room" at the club house just for us. It was so much fun. The community pool and jacuzzi were wonderful when we wanted to socialize with other families, but having our own pool and hot tub was great for those early morning swims and late night hot tubs. Our boys also made good use of the tennis and basketball courts. While we were there, the ground crew was replacing sod. Unfortunately, this kicked up a lot of dust and we woke up one morning to a dirt filled pool. After one quick call to the maintenance service, we had a clean pool in two hours. How's that for great guest service! We couldn't have stayed at a better place in the Kissimmee Area. The owners certainly have pride in their home and it shows. The process of getting it rented was a breeze and the owners were very accomodating to our time table. I would highly recommend Villa Borealis to any friends or family that are looking for a place to stay in Florida.

Our family stayed at Villa Borealis for a week in the summer of 2008. We had four kids with us - three teens and a tween. The house was perfect. We had plenty of room, entertainment for the kids, and we all loved the pool and the hot tub. The home is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We'd drive just down the road to Disney, spend the day in the park, and come back to the house for everyone to rest and decompress. We had breakfast and dinner most nights at the house, saving us substantial expense on meals at the parks. Everyone has said this was the best trip we've ever had to Disney. We'd highly recommend Villa Borealis for families.
