Gulf Front Complex...

Beautifully appointed 2BR/2BA condo unit on one of the most beautiful white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island! This condo has a king sized master bedroom with private bath and dressing area, spacious guest room and second bathroom. Open living/dining area and balcony overlooking the heated pool and courtyard. Shuffleboard, Tennis, heated pool, sauna, Cable TV, VCR, DVD, Washer/Dryer!

This complex has it all!

Our privately owned condominium requires a two (2) week minimal rental period. The majority of our guests are friends, family and returning guests. Most of our guests consider our unit (#111) as their "HOME AWAY From HOME".

Our guests return because they enjoy the quiet intimate setting. The greater majority of our complex residents are seasonal/monthly guests and year round residents. It is not unusual to find books, games, lawn chairs, glassware, towels and other ammenities left behind for the enjoyment of the next guest. We leave notes for one another. Our unit prices between $4200 - 5000 per month (depending upon the season) and overlooks the swimming pool. The front entrance to our unit is accessed from the outside balcony which has a gulf beach view. Guests enjoy sitting out on the front balcony to view the gulf, see the sunset, watch the dolphins and listen to the "sounds" of the waves. They also enjoy sitting out on the back balcony for dinner while enjoying the pointedly decorated landscaped deck around the swimming pool, shuffleboard and hot tub.

This month was less crowded and still very pleasant. Our family was down for a reunion. (From various parts of the country). They all had a wonderful time and enjoyed the pleasantries of Playa Encantada. Special thanks to some of my neighbors who opened accomodations to us also. We've witnessed several beach weddings. This week, the island was very crowded. The beaches were full of snow birds (guests from the north)getting their last week-end "in" before heading back north and the beginning signs of college students returning for their summer jobs on the island. The weather was absolutely beautiful.
