This property is just as is advertised and appears in the web pictures! The owner was very responsive to our questions and the local home care manager was very nice and attentive to our needs. Perfect location...very good snorkelling off the dock in front...steps away.....Daily sunset view from the screened porch...a few steps to the Sunset Restaurant next door (Excellent Lobster Night!)...and the condo location is a very quiet, peaceful and safe property! The unit was well stocked to cook simple meals and had a dishwasher. Everything you would need for a beach vacation was provided...a cooler, beach towels, drying stands for all the wet beachwear. Other restaurants we would recommend: "Cactus Blue" (be sure to go when Moogie, a local crooner sings) and try anything with lionfish in it; "Paradise Moon" on the waterfront downtown; and the Free Rum punch party (with Moogie singing) and reasonable BarBQ at Buddy Dive is a must. You really do need to rent a car to fully enjoy all of Bonaire...a day a jibe city is a lot of fun, and the snorkelling trip on the "Woodwind" is the best we have ever experienced in 20 years of going to the Caribbean. We plan to return to this property, and stay longer!

Bonaire has the absolute best shore diving in the Caribbean. This condo is the best in the resort. The Sand Dollar Resort is a bit older than some of the others but this particular unit has been very well equipped and maintained. It's next door to Buddy Dive (best dive operation on the island) and very convenient to downtown and shopping. The unit has a nice kitchen, a safe for valuables, a double sized screened in porch, and super cold A/C! This 1BR is priced like many of the studio units we reviewed. It's a great place for a great deal. The reef is only a few steps from your door. We will be back...

Second stay in a year. Perfect unit for 2. Upgrades to some furniture to make it even more comfortable. Bed is supreme. Views and beach are incredible. Proximity to amenities is awesome. Screened porch worth its weight in silver (sorry, gold has gotten to valuable). Restaurant next door (50 feet), is super friendly and know your name after the first meal. 6 meals for $60 is a great deal and you can take out and it saved as it was a double holiday with Queen's B'Day and May Day back to back. So stores were empty and supply boats didn't come. Grocery stores were closed or had little goods but the restaurant kicked. Can't over emphasize the advantage of this units proximity to diving and amenities. We'll be back.

Our stay at Unit A1 was great. There was plenty of helpful information provided before our arrival, and the local caretakers were equally pleasant and helpful. We have stayed at 3 resorts in 3 years on Bonaire and this is our favorite for the view, the serenity, and cleanliness. The screened porch is a huge bonus. The reef right in front of the unit is lovely and a great place for an early morning dive before heading out for the day. Highly recommend.

The owner was very easy to deal with and helpful with our questions. His property manager locally on Bonaire was equally helpful. The location was great. Would recommend this renter.

4th trip to Bonaire and we have a new favorite place to stay. Very comfortable, PRIMO location, excellent communication from owner, great service from local managers. The livingroom AC is a definite plus and not something shared by all lodging in Bonaire....a great addition. This place is a perfect place to relax for a week or two...or three. Everything in the unit was in good repair and just enough for a comfortable trip. Plus it's about 50 feet from the water. I got up 3 mornings before 6 am and greeted the reef good morning. Couldn't beat that. Unit was very quiet, had great security, and just a pleasure to stay there.....we'll be going again when the wallet refills.

We had a great time! Your condo was just perfect for us. Clean and comfortable and best of all, right next to the dive gear room and Bari reef. Our last time in Bonaire we stayed next door at Den Laman and I have to say your condo had more to offer especially the large screened in patio where we spent a lot of evenings. I look forward doing business with you again. It was a pleasure. Thanks again.

We had a great time in Bonaire and your condo contributed greatly to our fun. It has a great location! We snorkeled several times right outside our front porch at Bari Reef. Having the porch is great. One can enjoy "being outside" without being in the sun or the rain showers. The kitchen was great, we made our breakfasts and put together lunches to take along on our treks. One day we kayaked to Klein Bonaire and the snorkeling was fantastic there. We also kayaked and snorkeled in the mangroves, another great experience. I would highly recommend Bonaire to anyone who likes snorkeling and/or scuba diving, and if they go definitely check out your condo. It was great.

A-1 is the closest to ocean front you can get. Listening to the waves at night is magical. Watching the sunsets from your own screened porch amazing.

This is our 12th trip to Bonaire. Sanddollar is consistently relaxing, secure, centrally located for easy access to the northern dive sites, and close to restaurants, grocery store, etc. Unit A-1 is as close to Bari reef, the dive and photo shop as you can get, as offers a convenient 1st floor location.

Our stay in your apartment was outstanding, as you may have noticed, judging from our decision to extend it! Excellent location, very nice and functional furniture, and in a very pleasant condominium. It truly seems to be a place you prepared for yourself and that you occasionally rent to others.

Perfectly enjoyable and comfortable condo on the water. 30 paces to dive shop and to the restaurant. Quiet and extremely well maintained. Our best vacation ever. We have traveled extensively, but it is difficult to find such a special place. Don't forget to say hi to the iguanas on the beach for us!
