This is a luxury vacation condominium on the beach, not steps or blocks away. This particular 4th floor unit has the best combination of gulf views and open floor plan. You can enjoy the main balcony off both the airy living room and master bedroom. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath. The 2nd bedroom is private with double doors and has a double bed.
Both baths and the kitchen have gorgeous granite counters and maple cabinets. The kitchen has all full size appliances. There are 2 gas grills located near the pool deck for your use, very easy for quick lunches or dinners. There is a large dining area situated between the living room and kitchen.
The living room has a queen size sofa bed. The entire unit is furnished in a tropical and soothing decor. All linens are provided. There is a washer and dryer located in the unit. The condo is completely furnished. All you have to bring is a beach towel!

The family (husband and I, 2 college kids, and a girlfriend) enjoyed our week in this cheery condo. Very nice pool and hot tub, and excellent beach access. Good location for access to SP Beach, and activities in St. Petersburg and Tampa. Kitchen small and reasonably equipped for fairly uncreative vacation cooking. Very close to nice Publix for deli, bakery, etc. Excellent internet access. A plus for this crew. Facility needs to fix the obnoxious noise in the elevator lobby! But otherwise the building is well cared for.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing.

While the weather wasn't terrific during our week's stay, the condo was perfect! When the sun was shining, we were either walking the beach or hopping on the trolley to explore the area. (The trolley is only $4/day and runs every 1/2 hour, so you don't need a rental car!) When the weather wasn't as cooperative, we were cozy and content inside. The condo was clean, had all the kitchen accessories we needed, and the owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. Plus there's a small exercise room, a computer for guest use, and a book/puzzle lending library on the second floor. Don't miss out on this one; book it now! But leave a week open for us once in a while!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
