  • We spent the week of Sept 8-15, 2009 at this beautiful condo in Parksville. Our purpose for visiting Vancouver Island was to celebrate the 100th birthday of "Mom, Mom-in-law and Grandma". Upon our arrival, we realized that this condo would be the perfect place to host a "family celebration" of this momentous birthday. The condo was handicapped accessible and accommodated a wheelchair beautifully--and we had 14 family members and close firends for the big birthday dinner. We so enjoyed our stay--and have recommended this place to several friends. The fireplace was enjoyed each day-taking the chill out of the air in the early mornings and cool evenings. And, what can I say about the view of the 5 deer on the 14th green of the golf course in the early morning! If and when we return to the Nanaimo-Parksville area, the first thing we will do is rebook this superb "home away from home"!

  • The condo exceded expectations. Very large and clean, washer and dryer were very handy. The kitchen was well equiped and the Bar-B-Que was great to have. We appreciated the two private bedrooms and bathrooms. As we were there to golf, Moringstar was very handy, and there was plenty more courses to choose from. It was a pleasure to come back to at the end of the day. We highly recommend this condo to anyone heading up to Parksville for a vacation. Wish we could have stayed longer!

  • This beautiful property surpassed our expectations and was terrific value for money. For less than the cost of a hotel room we got 10 times the space and every amenity possible, which made it feel like our home away from home. It has the added bonus of being situated on a quiet street in a lovely community (even the neighbors are friendly!). We were a little skittish about renting privately but the owner and property manager made the experience hassle-free. I highly recommend this wonderful home to anyone who has the good fortune to be able to spend some time on Vancouver Island.

    Hello Randy, Sorry it's taken me until now to respond but my parents just headed home yesterday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. We loved the spacious floor plan, the high ceilings, and large windows. What a great area - so convenient to so many places. We went on some nice walks around the golf course neighborhood and also to the Qualicum Cheeseworks Factory and Morningstar Winery.

    Hi Randy, I was meaning to tell you we had a great stay so glad you wrote - a reminder (Its been pretty busy around here). It was VERY nice and just right for our group! I would recommend your place and come again for that sized group. We made it to Tofino and briefly to Euclulet - also saw Cathedral Grove and beaches at Qualicum and Parksville. The kids had a great time as well as the adults (except they thought the trip to Tofino was a bit long :-) ).

  • What a wonderful place to stay in! The condo is very clean, large, well furnished, well stocked and in a great location. We skied at Mount Washington, golfed at the Morningstar golf course, walked the beaches, ate at the great restaurants close by and toured the many attractions in the area. Nice touch with the view of the 14th hole of Morningstar Golf Course. It's a terrific golf course to play, the highlight which maybe the 14th! We are definitely looking forward to going back. In fact we rebooked this year.

  • This is a delightful spot. Very well-appointed with every convenience you could ask for including everything I needed to cook a turkey dinner on New Year's Eve! Beautifully landscaped and centrally located yet still private. Very spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. You couldn't go wrong staying at this lovely Condo!

  • This townhouse is fantastic. The space is perfect for entertaining or just to relax in. It is very well cared for, very clean, and well-decorated too! All the appliances you could need or want are available, as well as the basics for food storage that we all don't want to purchase when on vacation. The owner, Randy, was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. I wholeheartedly recommend this townhouse.
