This comfortable beach condo, located in Manzanita (100 miles west of Portland) is a 10 minute walk to the beach. It's Just blocks from the quaint downtown with many shops and restaurants and a quick drive or bike ride to Nehalem State Park or the golf course.
The main floor of the condo has a well-stocked kitchen, which opens to the dining and living areas. The dining table comfortably seats 6, but can expand to seat 8. The living area is situated around a gas fireplace, with comfortable seating on two full-sized futons. The futons easily expand into full-sized beds for additional sleeping space. There is a child’s-size table and lots of toys, games, DVDs and books for your little ones' entertainment. The laundry and a powder room for convenience is also on this level.
The top floor has a full bath, and two equally-sized master bedrooms, each with a king bed and walk-in closet. An outdoor shed is stocked with beach toys, kites, umbrellas, beach chairs and a child's wagon (seats 2, plus storage).
Additional amenities include washer/dryer, dishwasher, fireplace, microwave, front garden, communal back deck, and cooking supplies (pots, pans, oil, spices).
Manzanita is nestled between two state parks - Oswald West to the north and Nehalem Bay State Park to the south. There is a wide range of things to do including, hiking, kayaking, crabbing, surfing, boogie boarding, skim boarding, golf, horseback riding, shopping, dining or relaxing at a day spa. The Tillamook Air Museum and Cheese Factory are about a half hour away. Cannon Beach, Seaside, Rockaway Beach, and Ecola State Park are also only a quick car ride.
