This picturesque, private 15-acre hideaway can be your vacation destination! Take a swim in the in-ground private pool, sunbathe out back in the 5-acre fenced-in recreation area, or simply relax in the indoor jacuzzi.
Passmore Place is located 5-10 minutes from Mammoth Cave National Park which is the worlds largest cave system with more than 360 miles of explored cave. It offers a comfortable year round temperature of 60 degrees. Historic Diamond Caverns is located adjacent to Mammoth Cave, with thousands of stalactites, stalagmites and flowstone formations decorating the cathedral-like chambers. Nearby is The Kentucky Repertory Theatre where you can relax and enjoy plays that represent the best of our theatrical heritage. It is also within 20 minutes of The Corvette assembly plant/National Corvette Museum where daily tours are available. Beech Bend Motor Raceway & Amusement Park are located only a short distance away in Bowling Green.
Regional sporting events include Tennessee Titans Football, A and AAA Baseball, and Nashville Predators Hockey.
Passmore Place is conveniently located between two major recreational lakes. Water skiing, boating, fishing, and relaxing on lakefront beaches are available during warmer months.
Approximately 10 minutes away is The Park Mammoth Golf Course. It is an 18-hole regulation length golf course in Park City, Kentucky. There are 2 other courses on this same property.
Passmore Place is located approximately 75 miles between Nashville TN and Louisville KY and their international airports. Access to I-65 is less than 2 miles away where you will find several restaurants.
Equipped with broadband internet and WiFi access, you can stay connected to the rest of the world.

Policy:
Nightly charges are based on 12 guests or under.
Additional charge added of $10.00 per person, per night for over 12 guests or $50.00 per person for 7 nights.
50% of deposit required for reservations.
Balance due 30 days before arrival date.
All reservations and services are subject to sales tax.
Cancellation:
Anything 30 days or more results in loss of one full
night rental fee.
15-30 days results in loss of half of rental fee.
14 days or less results in no return of rental fee.
Occupancy:
May accommodate up to 18 guests.
Any number of guests over 12 may use rollaway beds, pullouts,or
air mattresses.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is allowed in limited areas (Smoking is permitted outside
only.)

The rental is located in a wonderful location near the famous Mammoth Cave National Park. More than two million guests enter the park each year with 500,000 exploring the cave itself. Passmore Place is the only known home in the area that can house large groups or families.

There is a peacefulness at Passmore Place. It's location is in a very quiet area and in todays times we all need quiet at times. I personally enjoy the roominess yet the feeling of home at the same time.

"The Buckeye Bunch" rolled in for a two night stay but fell in love with this place forever! What a wonderful place for our 4 families to enjoy all the awesome adventures during the day and relax by the pool at night. There was room for all 17 of us with wonderful amenities. Can't wait to come back! :)

We were here for a family get-together. We had not all been together for 8 years and this was a central location for us to meet. Had a great time. We loved this place it was perfect for what we needed. It was a wonderful week. Hopefully we will be back.

This was a great place for our family of 18. We had 10 children and 8 adults and all had a great time. The pool was a great hit for everyone. There was excitement of the tornado on Tuesday. We were all hiding in the hall closet and the bathrooms. What a beautiful time for family and bonding.
