From the warm welcome (which included assistance booking transport from the airport) to the absolutely impeccable location and furnishings, our stay was perfect. Raffaela and Giovanni are friendly, welcoming and truly invested in your comfort. And the apartment feels like home. It has everything you could want or need — washing machine, refrigerator, plenty of dishes and glasses, a TV with the option to watch shows in English (this was a hit with the kids), even a small grocery store 2 minutes down the street. But once you head up to the rooftop terrace to watch the sun set over the Colosseum, you'll know you're not at home. Still, it's the best feeling you could hope for — to feel at home and cared for in a foreign city.

Our family experienced a wonderful reunion in Rome this Christmas thanks to this amazing and very comfortable apartment. We had plenty of room for eight people. The view was great, and the location quiet and very convenient with metro stop nearby, stores and restaurants all within easy walking distance. The owners were friendly and welcoming and even put up a Christmas tree for us. Everything was meticulously clean and the kitchen was well supplied. It made for a perfect trip!

This amazing apartment, in a great Roman neighborhood, provided our large family a respit and home base, during our stay in Rome. The apartment was efficient, with gathering tables and seating in the dining area, outside terrazzo and on the rooftop. The view of the Coliseum from the rooftop was beyond compare. The metro is a five minute walk from the apartment, just across the street from the Coliseum. Restaurants and super markets were easy walks, within the neighborhood. The apartment owners were wonderful people. They left a folder of timely and useful information, including the name of a cab service that was always reliable. We had a beautiful experience and highly recommend this apartment.

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment. It was perfect for the 10 of us as we explored Rome just outside our door! We loved the opportunity to cook and spend time together, while enjoying the incredible outdoor space! It was easy to get to all the sights, and wonderful to get to come home to such a lovely apartment. I'm so glad that there was an elevator for all of our luggage and my mother!

My friends and I were looking for a central place to stay in Rome prior to attending a wedding in Sicily. Rather than stay in a hotel, we wanted to stay together so that people could come and go as they please while making it easy to coordinate various activities. This property was absolutely ideal for our needs. It is central to all the sites (we walked everywhere!). Every day we would do our sightseeing, and when we were winding down for the day, we would make our way back to the apartment, grab some wine/bread/cheese, and sit on the rooftop garden while watching the sunset and laugh about the day's events before we made our way back out for dinner. It's so nice to have an apartment with a kitchen and basic amenities so you can grab some groceries and avoid spending a fortune on simple things like bottled water like you would in a hotel. I don't know where else in Rome we could have gotten such a spectacular 360 degree view of the city. The owners were SO nice, and went out of their way to help us above and beyond just renting the apartment for a few days. I would recommend this to any group of friends, family, etc. If I ever go back to Rome with a group of people again, I will be checking to see if this property is available.

Our group of nine from Oregon USA stayed in this beautiful penthouse for a full week during September 2009 and enjoyed it very much. The owners were very accommadating and ehjoyable to talk with. The location is great, the view from the penthouse was beautiful and the penthouse itself was wonderful. We would highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to visit Rome.

All of my family loved the apartment. It was clean and all amenities were sufficient. The location was perfect, we couldn't have asked for anything more. The advertisement for the property reflected the apartment and we all said we would definitely come again probably in the spring to make the most of the terrace views. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you for renting us this wonderful apartment.

The apartment met our requirements superbly. With an extended family group it provided all the space and amenity that we needed for our holiday. The location is magnificent. Everything we required was within walking distance. Local shops were adequate. We felt most welcome.

We loved the neighbourhood and how close to centre the apartment is. Of course, Roman traffic police sirens and bells are a novelty to Icelandic ears. Overall: a very agreeable apartment

The terraces were wonderful with great views. Bedrooms and living areas are very comfortable and spacious. We loved the location with all the neighbourhood shops and cafés. The apartment was clean and everything worked well. Having big windows that opened was lovely - the breeze was great.

It was a pleasure to stay in this apartment in the centre of Rome. We stayed with 9 persons (5 of which were children) and found the accommodations suited us well. Enjoy your stay there - we certainly did!

I would rate the house, the location and the amenities 5/5. I would also recommend the property to anyone who wanted a peaceful location in Rome. The flat is well-equipped, with quality linen and furnishings. It is centrally located, only a few minutes walk from the metro and the Coliseum. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby as well. The flat’s terraces are wonderful and are a perfect place to enjoy a meal or just a quiet drink. And there was NO noise of any kind. Very relaxing. I can only sing the praises of this property. I hope to return again someday.
