EVERYONE WILL BE THOROUGHLY PLEASED WITH THEIR VACATION - from the skier to the shopper to the scenery buff. This Non-Smoking condo is centrally located in the Mount Washington Valley and has a wood-burning fireplace.

Deluxe, mountainside condo located at the base of Attitash Mountain in Attitash Mountain Village, a four-season RCI Resort. The complex contains every amenity imaginable: restaurant and bar, indoor/outdoor pools, outdoor jacuzzi, gas grill with pavilion, charcoal grills, game room, hiking and cross country ski trails, sauna, basketball, croquet, shuffleboard, volleyball, playground, tennis, outdoor ski lockers, access to the Saco River, and MORE!!

This second-floor, corner unit is 590 square feet, has a deck, fireplace (wood seasonally supplied), full service kitchen, a queen Murphy bed, a queen pullout couch, along with a washer and dryer. Within the unit's building is an indoor jacuzzi, a fitness center with nautilus and free weights, and locker room.

The Mount Washington Valley has four-season activities including skiing, snowmobiling, skating, etc. in the winter. Very close to Mountain Cranmore, Wildcat Mountain, Black Mountain, and Bretton Woods. Mountains within one hour: Cannon, Loon, as well as Sunday River, Maine.

For the other three season activities include: water and alpine slides at Attitash; Storyland; Heritage New Hampshire; numerous mountains to hike; Mount Washington Cog Railway and Auto Road; rock climbing; canoeing; kayaking; tubing; fishing; and many more.

Also, North Conway has countless OUTLET SHOPS. There you will come across some of the best bargains you will ever find on ALL types of merchandise. You can shop all day while your friends and family SKI.

Beautiful setting with interesting hiking trails; spacious studio with great wood-burning fireplace and deck for enjoying that cup of coffee or tea; fully-equipped kitchen; very comfortable Murphy bed; corner unit with plenty of light; close to North Conway and the shops; the perfect get-away! We're already planning to come again in the spring. Thanks, Rob, for sharing your retreat!

  • My family (husband and two young children) and I had a great time in your condo. It is very nice, clean, and in a great location in the building between the main building and the outdoor pool. The gym, hot tub, and sauna in the basement of your condo unit were also very convenient. My kids loved the pools and playground and arcade. We went down the path to the Saco River one day too. The staff at Attitash was also great, and check-in and out were very easy. We've rented at the Seasons on three occasions already, and had never stayed anywhere else in that area. We love the Seasons, but thought we'd give Attitash a try this time. We'll probably be looking to rent from you again next summer now that we’ve seen all that Attitash has to offer. It seems like a fun place to go for the winter to for skiing too. So far, we’ve only come up in the summer, mainly to go to StoryLand. Thanks for your hospitality and quick responses to my questions. I would definitely recommend your condo to others.

  • I just got back from my second, week-long vacation at this Attitash Mountain Village condo and am pleased to report that we all had a great time once again. Despite the dreary, unseasonable weather, we were able to keep busy at the resort’s indoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, and game room. Dealing with Rob has always been a pleasure and his condo was in great condition and clean at check in. The resort staff is very accommodating and friendly as well. I highly recommend this condo and the Attitash Mountain Village resort and will certainly return again in the future. Thanks Rob!

  • Had a great time. The condo was perfect. There were only three of us, and I wouldn't aske for anything better. Pools, restaurant, gym and being able to cook in if needed. I will definately keep this place in mind for my next trip to New Hampshire.

  • Great location--it's good to be able to get to North Conway, Franconia, and Mt. Washinton easily, yet not be in the thick of lots of traffic and noise. My kids loved the easy access to the pools and mountain activities, and it's great that the fitness room is right downstairs. The option to eat in was a great money saver, and the fact that we could do our laundry in the condo was fantastic. Even though the unit is a studio, we didn't feel cramped at all, and I like that we were on the second floor--it offered more privacy than the first floor units. Thanks--we will be back!

  • This was our first trip up to the White Mountains and my son and I had a blast. The resort staff was very helpful and friendly at check in and throughout our stay. The condo was in good condition, clean, and well stocked. There is an outdoor pool, hot tub, and BBQ area across from the condo which is great for kids and popular with families staying at the resort. There is also an indoor pool with hot tub located at the main resort building which was good for swimming in the evenings. The highlight of our trip was mountain biking along the extensive network of trails (cross country ski trails during the winter) which are located along the Saco River directly behind the resort. The condo owner is very nice, professional, and easy to deal with. I will definitely recommend this rental to others and will return again next summer.

  • Location! Location! Location! The condo is in great shape and comfortably sleeps 4. No getting out of bed early to get to the mountain a grab a parking space-you can just walk! Actually didn't want to put anything in the guestbook because we wanted to keep it our little secret hideaway! Rob is great to deal with and very efficient! Will definitely be back!
