Golf, beach, spas, restaurants or cuddling on the couch - you've chosen the best.

We had a wonderful time at this property! From the decor and the amenities to the location and overall experience, we had a great vacation! We traveled with our three children and it was the perfect place to stay. They loved exploring the lagoon in the backyard while my husband and I enjoyed the relaxing patio. The kitchen, grill and all the amenities were perfect and we lacked for nothing. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach--we biked there daily. The beach is one of the best and we loved every second of it! We also spent a fair amount of time at the pool area. Again, did not leave us disappointed! The owners were wonderful to work with and everything could not have gone better! We cannot wait to come back next year!

This villa is beautifully decorated, spotless and has everthing you need . The lagoon out back is a wonderful place to unwind after a day of golfing, shopping, sightseeing or whatever you choose to do. It is close to everything, right in the heart of Hilton Head (yet still in a secluded area), only a short ride to Harbor Town, great restaurants and golf courses. The villa has everything you need (just like being in your own home). We could not have been more pleased with our visit. Though we did not get to use the pool, it is very welcoming, lots of chairs and plenty of room to enjoy the sun. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice relaxing place to hang your hat. Our group of 4 recently stayed at this villa and found the accommodations to be even more than we expected. The listing description and photos were very accurate, but didn't show how spacious and beautiful the rooms were. Everything was clean, comfortable and very well-maintained. This property had everything you would need to help you enjoy your vacation. It had beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, a bicycle, golf clubs (course on the grounds) and passes to use the tennis courts. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact with any questions we had. This became very important when the electricity went out, for over 500 properties, one evening, during a thunderstorm, and the owner had flashlights, etc in a cabinet in the kitchen for just this emergency. The owner said it had never happened before. I highly recommend staying at this property and hope to return again.

Myself and the family loved the house, the property, and the enitre experience. It was our first time visiting Hiolton Head and we can't wait to come back. I would highly recommend this property. The house is beatuful and has all of the amenities you would need for a wonderful time. The location is perfect: near the beach, golf, and shops. Also, the owners, Susan and David were very helpful in every way.

I wanted to let you know we had a wonderful vacation and really enjoyed staying in your villa. I loved watching all the wild life from your private patio . The kids got to see the alligators and turtles in the lagoon so they were thrilled. The weather was perfect and we went to the beach and or pool every day. It is hard coming back to work after having such a relaxing time away. We would love to come back next year. The description of your villa and the photos are spot on. Thanks

My husband, baby and I stayed in this Sailmaster villa for a week at the beginning of May 2011. It was more than we expected - very comfortable, clean and even a bit of luxury. The back patio was spacious and backed up to a lagoon. We grilled out most nights, buying our food from Fresh Market. The pool was right around the corner, with beach access just a short drive down the road. We rode bikes around the island and on the beach and this Sailmaster villa was a great location to reach everything. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

!!! I have been meaning to write and tell you what a fabulous time we had at your place. I wrote in your little book in the foyer about all of the birds. We brought a small plastic hummingbird feeder that attaches with a suction-cup hanger – I put this outside your dining area and we had so much fun watching the humming bird wars. I left it there with some hummer food in the refrigerator – I put a note for the cleaners not to throw it out – but who knows. You have beautiful exotic birds in your lagoon – I saw the great blue heron and a bird I had never seen before – Anhinga – there were three or more that must live right in your lagoon because we watched them daily. We went to Pickney Island and the birding is outstanding there. We swam in the pool almost every day – you have great neighbors. The grill was great – we cooked dinner about three times and went out the other night. A great restaurant is La Hacienda – the food is delicious. Ed golfed – funny thing is we ran into a couple from Jasper GA (about an hour north of us in GA), and Ed and Lee went to Eagles Point and Crescent Point – they played both for $109 I think. They met at a crappy 9 hole golf course – can’t beat the price though -- $18 or something like that. Other fun places, besides the beach, and riding bikes, is Murphy’s bar – an Irish bar that serves Stella on tap. We also enjoyed the Grumpy Grouper and the little café next door to the new York city pizza place for breakfasts. Your place is absolutely perfect. We would love to return and perhaps bring our children. I also put some bird food in the feeder and hung it – while it didn’t really attract a lot of birds, I saw tons of them in your trees – you have the same birds we have here in GA like the tufted titmouse, Carolina wren, chickadee, red bellied woodpecker, cardinals, mockingbirds, etc. But the exotics are really cool!

What can I say~ This villa has it all. After spending a week at this Sailmaster Commons villa, we were ready to move in for good. The villa is cozy, spacious and beautifully decorated. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and special. We enjoyed grilling out on the beautiful patio and walking right across from the villa to enjoy the lovely pool. We have stayed in a number of different Shipyard villas over the years and this, by far, has been our favorite. Our family is counting the days till we can return again next summer. (if not sooner :-)

My family had a great time at this well appointed, clean and cozy condo. Unit is located next to the lagoon in a very quiet setting where you can catch a glimpse of herons, owl, or even a gator! Condo is as nice or nicer than photographs suggest. The unit has clearly been renovated recently and is tastefully decorated with higher end products. Owner was quick to respond to questions via email and provided a book of information to allow guests to make the most of their visit to Hilton Head. There's lots to do in Hilton Head in addition to the beach, golf and spas. Savannah and Charleston are easy day trips, tennis camps are abundant, shopping outlets are nearby. Would also suggest Harbortown for a day--Greg Russell for the younger ones is a must. My family was lucky enough to encounter a group of dolphin while jet skiing near the lighthouse pier! Unbelievable. Can't wait to go back.

We had a wonderful time in this townhome. Everything was in great condition, clean, and very peaceful. The outside was right by a lagoon and the patio was furnished with furniture that allowed you to enjoy the outdoors and the view. The homeowners had a lot of books, games, and movies available for guests as well as a well stocked kitchen. This unit is right near the pool and also has easy access to the bike paths. Everything is conveniently located to Shipyard and this unit has easy access to Pope Rd and tons of activities. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.
