I purchased this Property over ten years ago while visiting from Northern California. I am the second Owner since 1927, and spent nearly two years full time -- remodeling the multi level Compound and designing/installing all the patios and gardens. The property was ready for an extensive Make Over -- but had great "bones" and a terrific central location. Living just 3 homes from the Park is a great Bonus -- 1200 acres of open space and mature landscaping right in the middle of the City!
