We just left this beautiful home and I cannot wait to go back. The location is perfect. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. The beach is around the corner. Easy access to shopping. Could you ask for anything more? Dale was a pleasure to rent from, he made the process so easy. The huge bouquet of fresh flowers on the dining table was the topper. Such a nice touch. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to have a wonderful vacation in southern FL. We did !!!!

Great great vacation rentals

We had great time !!! This vacation rental is so nice and modern with a nice pool and hot tube. We were 4 (2 adults and 2 children, 11 and 14). All was perfect, the house was clean with fresh flowers and all what you would need (wash and dry machines in particular). Moreover it is localized in a nice and safe place. Coming from France we were a little bit 'afraid' to rent a house in a foreign country, but now we'd do without fear but expecting to find the same level of service.

Triple Palms

Triple Palms was a perfect house for out vacation. The house was very nice and we were greeted by a beautiful fresh flower arrangement upon arrival. The pool and hot tub were great fun and relaxing. The location was perfect! Only minutes to thd gym, whole foods, and Wilton manors. Dale was very nice and easy going with any questions we had. I would definitely rent again!

Fort Lauderdale vacation

My wife and I stayed 12 days at Triple Palms in March 2011. It is a nice house, in a quiet surrounding and safe neighborhood. The courtyard is very private. we enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend the house. Dale was very helpful at each step of the rental and during our stay. ML and M. Montreal

Our family of four (two adults, 5 & 7 year old boys) visited in mid-March for spring break. House was easily to find on quaint street, and within walking distance to shops, grocery, cinema & restaurants. We found the house to be clean, updated and in meticulous condition. Gorgeous views of pool from great room. The house was stocked with every essential one could need, down to laundry detergent and fabric softener for the washer & dryer (*bonus*). Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this vacation rental. Management was very professional and diligent.

Oakand Park Vacation Property

This property is well situated in a quiet area, well maintained and close to the beach, shopping and other area attractions. The house is spacious, clean, and well equiped with all the comforts of home. I especially enjoyed the three sets of patio doors leading to the outside barbeque and eating area, the pool and the hot tub. I quite enjoyed my stay and hope to return again.

Fanatatic home to chill and relax. Great pool and hot tub! Extremely clean, comfortable with many amentities. Location is great....near everything in FTL. Neighborhood is very friendly and quiet. Look forward to my next stay here!

Made for a Nice Vacation - Would Recommend

My family and I were looking for a reasonably priced rental house to spend a week at with friends in sunny Florida. We had two small children with us and the price was good for this location compared to others we researched which is the reason we decided on this house. The house was in a nice neighborhood only a few miles from the beach. With a rental car you can get to and from the beach, restaurants, and stores with ease. The condition of the house is good. There is a very large living room that allows for children to play in. The living room has a large television set that met my minimum requirements for football watching. There is also free wireless to be accessed that worked fine. The bedrooms are spacious and there is even a crib for use. The bathrooms were acceptable.The backyard was also nice with a pool and hot-tub. The pool and hot-tub were clean and swim ready. A BBQ was provided that we grilled on frequently. At one point we ran out of propane and the rental owner was very responsive and professional in filling it up for us. The reason I give this rental house only 4 out of 5 stars is because the technology (outside of the television and wireless connection) could use an update. A wireless phone, BlueRay player, and MP3 player need to be added to the list of items in the house. Also, the pool side fountains and external speakers by the pool were not working in the backyard. Overall, however, the owner and the house made our vacation well worth it. It should also be noted that payment was received quickly for our security deposit after we were done with the house.

I did want to let you know that we had to disconnect the outside speakers around the pool since we have had some guests that played them too loud and disturbed the neighbors, so I had to disconnect them. They don't work on purpose. The pool fountain pump has been fixed. I did not know about the fountain pump breaking until after you left the home. The phone in the house is really for emergency use only and thought that a wireless phone might get miss-placed and if the power were to go out (in a emergency) , a cordless phone would not work and I wanted a phone that would work anytime with or without power. Sorry, but I will not be changing the phone. I will look into the MP3 player though, thats a good idea. Thank You and have a great rest of 2010.

we (party of 4) stayed in the house for 1 week and just LOVED it!! perfect location, everything you could possibly ask for is whether in walking or short driving distance (beach, shopping, dining). house equipped with all the amenities, the pool was marvellous (we didnt try the hot tub as outside temperatures had been constantly over 90°F, but it looked very inviting), good working A/C, kitchen with everything you need, great BBQ-grill, enough space for 2 or 3 cars, loved the shower (enough water and pressure, so one can really enjoy showering!!), overall: we were more than satisfied and are looking forward to come back as soon as we can! dale is a great person to deal with, very reliable, fast response to our emails, best host you could wish for!! thx for a wonderful experience!

I lived there for over 5 years myself before I turned it into a vacation rental and really enjoyed the living areas that look out over the pool. We upgraded the shower a few months ago and glad you enjoy the new "rain" shower head.

The pictures do not do this house justice. The house is immaculate inside and out. We loved staying here and highly recommend this to anyone staying in the area. The hot tub and pool were wonderful to come back to after a long day at the beach. Dale has a pleasure to do business with and very trust worthy. It was hard to leave this lovely home after our three-week stay. It worked so well for us. We even had a dinner party for five people. The house is beautifully appointed, just as the pictures show, and immaculately clean. Its central location was a bonus and the quiet neighborhood added to our comfort. We were very lucky to have found this property.

We just returned from a two week stay in this amazing home and loved it! Not only was the decor amazing...but everything was clean, well maintained and well kept. We truly felt like we were at our own private resort...between the pool, hot tub, lovely furnishings, huge TV in the living room....we were just soooo happy!! We are already thinking about looking into returning again and we just got home!!

This house was perfect for our week in Fort Lauderdale. The pictures on line did not do the house justice. the house was in immaculate condition. Dale was great to work with, especially when I am not well versed with paypal. I spent every day in the pool and in the Hot Tub (a few times each day). Great place for a winter getaway! This house was perfect for our family. We loved the pool and hot tub! The covered eating area was great. A bath for each bedroom worked well for us. Our daughter loved the living room, spreading all of her toys out to play. We enjoyed opening all the doors and letting the warm breeze in all day. Great neighborhood. Easy trip to and from the airport. We'll be rebooking here on our next Ft. Lauderdale trip.

Beautiful home, very tastefully decorated in a quiet residential neiborhood. I would have preferred a heated pool (have one at home...maybe I am just spoiled. Also, we could not activate our cell phone, despite 3 separate attempts. For emergency purposes, it might be usefull to have a landline telephone, restricted to local calls of course, or cable/Internet phone using SKIPE or some other similar service which would allow the guests to have minimal telephone service. Otherwise, great place, lovely weather, friendly people and community, great winter vacation destination.

Owner response:Denis... Thanks for the suggestion. Thats a good idea. I will look into getting a land line at the home. As of Monday, the 23rd of March, 2009 we have a land line for the home. The phone is setup for local calls only and of course emergency numbers.

This home was everything as advertised and more. Location is great as is the neighborhood. Hot tub was awesome. Great backyard for barbecuing by the pool. Really quiet and private. A toaster would be a nice addition to the kitchen, too.

This is a fabulous find. Great location, easy access to necessities. Extremely clean, & neat. Lovely furnishings, art works & decorations are uniquely wonderful. We had a very relaxing time using the pool, hot tub, and dinners in. The back yard has wonderful ambiance. Great setup for time in the sun while plenty of shade available for those following doctors orders. Decided against restaurants to maximize our relax time. Wine & snacks by the pool were great. Rented a movie and watched on huge (at least to us) flat screen TV which we do not get time to do at home. We definitely recommend this to all. We have sworn off hotels & resorts as much as possible. This is so much more relaxing! We'll be back.
