Wildlife abounds with deer, fox, cranes, geese and ducks. There is access to golf, tennis and basketball courts, swimming pool (available in the summer months for a small daily or weekly fee), marina, hiking and horseback riding at Lake Catherine State Park. Something for everyone. Great Shopping for the ladies in Hot Springs. One hour away from Little Rock airport. 13 miles from Hot Springs National Park, 10 miles from I-30 and Malvern, 2 miles from Lake Catherine State Park, 5 miles from Garvan Gardens. I am in the office Monday-Friday, call for quick service.
