$3000/week (1 week minimum stay) .. $5500/month (off season rate).
We require a refundable security deposit and a non-refundable cleaning fee.
One half of total amount due is required within 7 days of receiving the contract.
The remaining balance is due 3 weeks before arrival.
All payments should be made by personal or Cashier's check or bank wire.
We do not accept credit cards.
