  We needed a quick getaway not too far from home and stumbled upon Bluey's place by accident. I'm so glad we did. The place is charming, relaxing, and a great way to spend a week with a surfer son and hungry husband. The neighbors were great as well and they allowed us to bring our other family members (2 yorkies) who loved the 'hood as well. Great time, great place, great location. Loved this place that had incredible landscaping!! Thanks so much, Bluey. Lynda, Scott, Ronan, Zack, and Cody

  My husband and I spent the month of August at Casa Mar Spring. What a wonderful home Bluey and Dennis have. They were so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed The home looks exactly like the VRBO pictures. The patio is a great place to relax, read, and enjoy "happy hour". It's quiet and has a view of the Pacific Ocean. Downtown San Clemente (Del Mar Ave) has shops, and restaurants that are within walking distance as is the pier. We enjoyed Italian Cravings, Cafe Mimosa, and Fisherman's on the pier. We walked the great beach trail every day for our "cardio". We highly recommend Bluey and Dennis' Casa Mar Spring!

  WE STAYED AT BLUEY AND DENNIS'S COTTAGE FOR 11 NIGHTS.OUR HOSTS WERE GREAT AND THE LIVING AREA IN THE COTTAGE WAS HUGE. YOU COULD EASILY LIVE THERE. SAN CLEMENTE IS SUCH A GOOD PLACE TO STAY. GOOD SURF, GOOD WEATHER AND GREAT RESTAURANTS, EVERYTHING IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE, WE HAD SUCH A GOOD TIME!!!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

  Dennis and Bluey were the most amazing hosts. My son returned from afghanistan from the front line, and i rented this to give him a quiet place to chill. The view is amazing, and the place is so cozy and comforting. My son and his buddy who returned with him had no family to meet him so all three of us stayed there. This couple made up feel right at home.

  My husband and I and our two greyhounds had a wonderful stay at the cottage in San Clemente. The cottage was very comfortable and the location was great. We will be back. Dennis and Bluey were wonderful.

  Pleasant 5 day stay - quiet & relaxing. Easy walk to the beach & pier & close enough to both San Diego & LA if you want to visit. Enjoyable visits by stay agin the local raccoon & skunk. Would love to stay again if the opportunity arises.

  We had a wonderful week in San Clemente~Bluey and Dennis were delightful hosts with a beautiful setting to make this a true vacation! The home was spacious, clean and felt just like home! We'll come back again and again to enjoy the breathtaking scenery, ocean views and wonderful people! Thanks for such a memorable week!

  I spent a week here in March '09. It is spacious, quiet, private, comfortable and very pretty. The view from the sunny terrace is fabulous. I want to stay there again next year.

  9-3-2008 The convenient location close to the pier and beach was the main reason we chose this property. The fully equipted apartment was comfortable, and the graciousness of our hosts and friendliness of their neighbors made our stay especially nice. We enjoyed the peaceful views and nature shows from our back yard, and have very fond memories of our stay on Cazador Street.

  Our stay was for an extended weekend. The unit is equiped with everything you need, you simply place yourself into the coziness the attached cottage. It is VERY CLOSE to everything for entertainment, dining pleasure, long romantic beach walks & excitement on the pier. We want to make arrangements to stay at this cottage AGAIN only longer!!!
