This is a spacious east end unit with panoramic unobstructed views. The building is completely renovated inside and out for the 2008 grand reopening. It has been newly furnished in a tasteful Key West style with an amazing attention to detail. It is 1850 square feet of luxurious living with nine foot ceilings and eight foot tall windows throughout. The 29x18 foot living/dining area flows out thru 12 foot wide sliding glass doors to the tiled gulf front balcony. You will LOVE the tempered glass railings which offer unobstructed panorama of the beach.
Wake to the sight and sounds of the waves thru the wall of windows in the spacious master suite with a sliding glass door to the balcony. There is a walk-in closet and a private bath with double sinks and a romantic two person Jacuzzi.
The second large bedroom offers wonderful views of the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. A queen sized bed with private bath a second balcony offers superior accommodations. The third bedroom offers twin beds and access to a third full bathroom. Finally, the queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room allows this luxury condo sleep a total of eight comfortably.
The all new kitchen is equipped with wood cabinetry, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. This makes vacation meal preparation a pleasure.
The Caribbean Resort is very private with only three residents per floor that are serviced with two elevators to avoid long wait times. A family friendly heated beachside pool plus two hot tubs and a large covered patio area tops the list of amenities.
Navarre Beach is a perfect getaway for those who value privacy and relaxation with out the crowds. The beach is very family friendly yet nightlife and shopping are a short drive away. There are a varieties of sports available from fishing to diving and surfing to biking. There are four great golf courses a short drive away also. Our lovely home is completely furnished for your visit. There are televisions in the kitchen, living room, and all three bedrooms. A completely accessorized kitchen, fresh linens, and even a hair dryer means all you need are groceries, swim suits, and happy thoughts of good times yet to come…..
