We are one of three rental units in the complex that truely have BOTH beach and gulf views from INSIDE our unit! When you are enjoying your morning coffee you will actually be viewing the beach and gulf without even going out on the balcony, although you will want to! This Ciboney Condominium is one of the "Best Values" in the Hottest area in Florida. This is a beautiful condo on the 3rd floor with BREATHTAKING views of the Gulf of Mexico. Your private beach entrance is a very short walk from the front door. Experience "Gulf Views" from the Master Suite, Living Area, Kitchen, and Dining Area. An extra large balcony is a great place for your R/R, and the most beautiful sunsets you could ever imagine.
Ciboney Condominium complex is located on a quaint street with million dollar homes, beachside restaurants, coffee shops, and beach apparel stores. The water is emerald green and lined with sugar white sands. Ciboney is a premier development on Scenic Highway 98 which runs along the Gulf of Mexico for several miles.
This unit offers a Full Size kitchen, Full Size washer and dryer, 2 Full bathrooms, and a dining area. The living area features an LCD TV, a queen size sleeper sofa, and a large walkout balcony. The Master Suite offers a King size bed with "Ocean Views" from your pillow, a sliding door to the balcony, a TV, and a private bathroom. The Guest bedroom offers a queen size bed, spacious closet, and a TV. Wireless internet is also included.

Why the Owner Chose Ciboney
We selected Ciboney as our rental property because the immediate area has so much to offer. Spectacular gulf views, beautiful sunsets, many water activities, tennis, golf, shopping, biking, beach hikes, shell hunting, great restaurants, just to name a few, all within walking distance from our small complex atmosphere. Their are only 60 units in our four floor complex, which allows for less noise, crowds, and privacy. The grounds are well manicured and most importantly our Ciboney complex & location attracts a nice clientel base.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
After viewing the other units in Ciboney, we felt that no other unit offered the view that our #3003 unit did. Third floor is just high enough to observe all the activity going on in the sand and on the beach. Being located on the south end of the building allows us unobstruted views, without the neighboring condo obscuring our view.

This was an adult vacation to celebrate my college graduation. The area is perfect: calm not touristy, lots of place to walk to eat and shop, very easy access beach, and lets not forget to mention the amazing view from the master bedroom and living room. The pool was nice. I plan on coming back to this condo with my children hopefully summer 2012.The only problem is this is a condo complex so not many others hanging around the pool for kids to play with but hey i got three they can play with each other!!!

I stayed at this Ciboney condo for the second time this summer. After staying there last year we could not help but return! The location is wonderful and the condo is so comfortable I feel like it is my "home away from home". Nothing is better than coffee on the balcony every morning! I would recommend this unit to anyone. I like everything about this condo and plan to make next summer our 3rd visit! The owners are very nice and extremely prompt returning your deposit. A wonderful place to stay!

Our family of four just returned home from our stay at Ciboney. We loved everything about it. The condo was very clean and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The full size washer & dryer was very convient to wash all those wet swimsuits & towels. The master bedroom was really nice and the bed was very comfortable. I really enjoyed having a view of the gulf from my pillow. The guest bedroom was also very nice & comfortable. We had breakfast & lunch on the large balcony everyday enjoying the beautiful view. We walked to the beach everyday which made the private beach acess a plus! We enjoyed a few meals at Pompano Joe's too. This condo is in a great location and I would highly recommend it to anyone.. We loved it so much, we have booked for next year!

Our family of three (my husband, 11-year-old-daughter and I) just returned home from enjoying a relaxing few days at this beautiful condo. The description and pictures are very accurate -- everything is just as described. The location is one of our favorites -- a two-minute walk to Pompano Joe's and Alvin's Island, private beach access just across the street, and beautiful views for eating breakfast on the balcony. Parasailing and surfing activities are available within several yards of the private beach access. Unlike other small condo resorts, Ciboney has an elevator and luggage carts that make unloading and loading a breeze. The condo was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed to settle in and be comfortable for our visit. My interactions with Eva before, during, and after our rental were pleasant and fun. She truly wanted to ensure that everything was up to our expectations. The pool was always sparkling clean, and keyed access ensured that only Ciboney guests were there. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. We would most definitely recommend this property and these owners, and we'd love to go back and visit again. Thank you!

My family and I just returned from our Destin stay at Ciboney Condo 3003. We loved everything about it. The accurate description was a big plus. Everything was just as it was shone in the pictures. We loved the balcony every morning for coffee and every evening to sit and reflect on all the things we did that day. The water was perfect , beautiful and crystal clear . I loved being walking distance to a nearby resturant Pomans Joes. The atmosphere there and food was amazing and because it was so close, we dined there more than once. We parasailed with Sundog parasailing and went 1200 ft up. Loved it. We also went on a dinner cruise with Sunquest on the Solaris. It was a great adventure and alot of fun. My daughter wanted to eat at the Acme Oyster house so we looked it up and went down to the wharf for dinner. It is a must to go eat and see. Its a little village of shops and resturants with alot of fun things to do ,especially if you have children. We took our teen girls and they loved it as well. The condo was a perfect fit for the four of us. Very pretty and very cozy. Having a washer and dryer in a separate room was great for washing all of our swim suits and wet towels. We basically went from the condo, to the beach to the pool daily. We walked to the nearby gift shop for icecream in the evenings and it was great. The sidewalks to and from everything near the condo made it easy access to anywhere you needed or wanted to walk.We all loved this condo and hopefully will stay again. I recommended it to my friends who asked for a great place to stay in Destin. For the price and for the great condo this place cannot be beat. We have stayed at the Majestic, Resortquest, Seacabins and Edgewater in Panama City and this was my favorite place to stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at this condo in June 2010, what a wonderful experience! From the time we stepped in to the condo until we left it was a delight! The beaches are beautiful and the condo was clean and freshly decorated. The view from the balcony of the beach was wonderful. We had coffee and breakfast every morning on the balcony which was a great way to start the day. The owners are very pleasant and easy to work with and the registration/rental procedure was a breeze. I highly recommend this condo to anyone! Hope to return next year!
