Life is Good at the beach we are located south of 30A in the Blue Mountain Beach Community. Come enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and amazing beaches just a short distance away. You can also spend a relaxing afternoon at the new Beach Club and it's heated pool. There is also a family friendly bar, restrooms, shuffle board and gym. The 18 mile bike path along 30A is just steps away, enjoy a bike ride to Seaside or a walk to Santa Rosa Beach. Bike Rentals are located within walking distance from the house. Enjoy fine dining, shops and sight seeing without leaving 30A.
Main Level:
The main level features an open and airy floor plan with 10 foot ceilings and transom windows that allow in beautiful natural light. There is a large entertainment area with a 37" LCD HDTV and DVD player, plenty of comfortable seating and large area rug for kids to play and relax. The sophisticated casual coastal décor and paintings by local artist complete the relaxed feel of the space. The eating area has a large expanded table that seats 6-8 comfortably, making this space great for big family dinners or enjoying a game of cards. There are also 4 additional bar stools at the kitchen bar area for additional seating.
The bright kitchen is open to the entertainment and eating areas making it convenient for entertaining. The full kitchen has gleaming granite counter tops and all of the amenities of home. There is a coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, cooking/baking utensils, Bake ware, cookware, and plenty of dinnerware and utensils. There is a large refrigerator with filtered ice and water in the door, a large microwave, flat top stove and dish washer to make preparing meals convenient.
Also on the main level is the 3rd guest bedroom. This private bedroom has a queen size bed, Berber carpet, closet, dresser for extra storage, ceiling fan, HDTV with DVD player and private entrance into full bathroom. This serene space is great for relaxing after a day at the beach or sleeping in. The full bathroom has large tub/shower and large vanity/sink area.
A washer/dryer is in included in a main floor additional storage closet for your convenience.
Front Porch:
Large front porch expands the width of the house. Come and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or afternoon cocktail swinging on the porch swing or in the rocking chairs.
2nd Level:
An open, airy staircase and foyer lead upstairs to the Master bedroom and the 2 other guest bedrooms. All bedrooms upstairs have Berber carpet, ceiling fans and 9 foot ceilings. The master bedroom is the perfect room to escape and enjoy quite time to read and relax. The beautiful king size 4 poster carved bed invites you into the room and to sleep. There is also a TV and DVD player in the armoire that can be viewed from bed. The walk-in closet is great for storing clothes and suitcases. There is also additional storage in the dresser and nightstands. The master bath has a large jetted tub, great for relaxing after a day on the beach. There is also a linen closet with plenty of extra towels.
The 1st guest bedroom with queen bed has private access to the full bathroom and a walk-in closet. There is a dresser for storage and a HDTV with DVD player.
The 2nd guest bedroom is great for kids as it contains 1 set of twin bunk beds and a dresser. The bright colors and décor make this a room kids will want to play in when they are not at the beach.
