The White Moose Lodge is 11 miles from Denali National Park.

There are 2 restaurants and 2 small grocery stores within a mile of the Lodge.

The room is clean, quiet and comfortable. The room has a mountain view, color TV, private bath, two double beds, and is non-smoking.

The lodge has a personal atmosphere, offering rooms in a wilderness setting. Wildflower gardens, hanging baskets, flower boxes, and wildlife photos accent the natural beauty surrounding the lodge.

The lodge is 11 miles north of the Denali Park entrance, at Mile 248 on the Parks Highway. The Parks Highway is the main road connecting Anchorage, Denali Park, and Fairbanks. Our driveway is right off this Highway at Milepost 248, and is marked by our large wooden sign. You can not see the Lodge from the Highway, we are in Pine forest.

We are a five hour drive north from Anchorage, and two hours south of Fairbanks.

We are in the small town of Healy, population about 900. Healy has three restaurants, three convenience stores, two gas stations, a Laundromat and a medical clinic, all within two miles of White moose Lodge.
