The Wailea–based management team for our penthouse has been servicing Wailea visitors for over 30 years. Their guest care encompasses Front Desk (check-in and registration), on-site Housekeeping, Maintenance and Concierge Services.
As a central point of contact, their Front Desk is available seven days a week to address your requests and inquiries. Extra, even daily, Housekeeping services can be arranged (at an additional cost). In the unlikely event a maintenance issue arises, our on-site Maintenance team can be dispatched. Views are incredible, we loved sitting on the patio & watching the activity on the water. Our bed was divine, so comfortable. Beautifully located next to all the large hotels but is quiet & peaceful & so much better. No crowds & all the amenities including a terrific gym. We were so glad that we did not stay at a hotel. The price was not much different & the amenities & peace & quiet were so worth it. The staff is also fabulous. More than happy to help with anything you need.Did you find this review helpful? Views are incredible, we loved sitting on the patio & watching the activity on the water. Our bed was divine, so comfortable.
