This three bedroom, two and one-half bath newer home is located in Tahoma and built in 2007. Perfect for families or groups. Tahoma is a quiet community nestled along the west shore of Lake Tahoe. Very close to Chambers Landing Beach, and all the boating, hiking and biking you want!
Winter guest ski at near buy Homewood ski resort - 2.5 miles away or park at Sunny Side restaurant and take the shuttle to the back entrance of Alpine Meadows Ski resort. Squaw Valley is just 10 minutes from Tahoe City.
Summer guests are privy to the home owner beach, buoy and pier access provided for only the homes within this quiet community. Short walk to the beach ( blocks ).
This is a two story house with the master suite that offers a very comfortable Posturpedic king adjustable bed, large TV, deck and mater bath. Also upstairs is the open and spacious kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and bar area that opens up to the living. Living room has couch, large stuffed chair, rocking chair and...the message chair! Dining area has eight chairs. Off of the dining room is a deck with a gas BBQ grill and tree top views, perfect for entertaining.
Down stairs are two additional rooms, one with a queen bed (sleeps two) and the other bedroom has a bunk bed, queen on the bottom and a twin on top, with a hide-a-bed under the queen (sleeps four). There is also a futon upstairs. (sleeps two)
